Me? Ahahaha…My CNY was filled with TRAVELING! (sure, whose isnt?) On CNY Eve I had to go down to my aunt’s house in Ipoh, Perak, and sleep there for a night, then I went down to Setiawan, Perak the next day to go to church and spend a day with my maternal grandparents, then I went back to Ipoh the following day (Monday) to spend a day there with the relatives on my fathers side, going around gathering ang pows and eating all that heaty and non-healthy foods. And did I mention I got sick on the first day of CNY? T__T But of course! When you’re in the spirit! NOTHING CAN STOP YOU!! And and and…..of course we did a little bit of gambling….and because I was sick….I slept like a pig….I mean…tiger O.o
Happy CNY! Still a few more days to go before the week ends! RAAAAWR!!

Hahaha. I have done quite alot of stuffs on that day. I have wore my cowboy boots and lacey dress and painted bronze eye shadows before going to my grandma’s house to collect ang baos. But I still have to bring my laptop and notes along as I need to hand in my school assignment after the cny holiday. quite sad. Haiz. 🙁 At night, I went to my bf’s house to have a simple dinner with them and lao yu sheng. That’s all for that day, busy yet fruitful and happy! 🙂

As I am still single, I celebrated the Chinese New Year/Valentine’s Day with my family at my father’s side which I hardly see them because of the distance. They are all located at Johor. The day is celebrated with much love and forgiveness as there were many misunderstandings in the previous year so this year, I am glad the whole family can come together to celebrate this double celebration day. =)

I celebrate my new year by reaching the peak of Sg Lembing Hill and watch the sun rise with my family! It is definitely a meaningful activity!

I celebrated cny with lots of cookies eating, house visiting, comparing who’s cookies are nicer, angpow taking, and major fire crackers playing! (dad’s hometown is in a rural area so fireworks are still acceptable!) lastly, summarizing my past year to relatives i see only once a year.
i love CNY!
