Lets have a reason to celebrate – because you’re worth it!!

I had another giveaway planned for today but its going to be a bit delayed. Still, lets not let a good celebration go to waste eh? 😀

Also, L’oreal Paris turned 100 this year and this Grand old French Dame celebrated her centennary with a bang! I wasn’t there at the party but the kind people at L’oreal sent me a care package of their most recent star products.

I love them dearly but I couldn’t possibly use all the goodies! So I decided I’d spread the love. Nothing better than sharing a good thing eh? 🙂

Review: Dior Diorskin Nude Natural Glow Hydrating Makeup SPF10

When I read a few months ago that this was Temptalia’s new favourite foundation, I could not wait for it to get here. Now that its here, I can tell you what I think of it! 🙂 I haven’t used any Dior liquid foundation prior to this so I cannot compare.

We know by now I’m anti-liquid foundation that’s thick and cakey. So, I always go for liquid foundation that offers light and sheer coverage. I don’t mind that. This new Diorskin Nude Natural Glow Hydrating foundation is the same – it offers sheer to medium coverage and contains 40% mineralized water.

What all that means is that it feels very light on my skin and does not dry out my skin in the day yet does not rub off easily. I find coverage medium-light depending on how you apply it but yet it has this lovely ability to make my skin look quite flawless and heaven knows, it isn’t!

When I combine the Diorskin Nude liquid foundation with the Diorskin Nude loose powder and then dust Porcelain Pink MSF or even better yet, Diorskin Shimmer Powder in Rose Diamond over – by golly! I damn well glow with near perfect skin! 😀 Even I can’t stop looking at myself in every reflective surface I pass – and anyone who knows me will tell you I’m not THAT vain 😉 Monica Belluci eat your heart out!

Steal a Coach wallet!

No dearies, I’m not asking you to go out and commit a crime!

I’m grinning with glee because I’ve just picked up my new Coach wallet from blog buddy Giddy Tigress who helped me pick it up for a steal!

The price was further marked down from what is shown so I think I paid just over RM200 for it  😀 A good price for a leather wallet whether it be from Coach or not.

Tough pebbled off white leather on the outside and smooth baby blue leather on the inside with loads of compartments for cards and bits of useless paper that I accumulate all the time. A design after my own heart.

Saturday is rolling by again – goodness! Where did the week go?

I’d actually picked up some products at duty free while I was on my overnight trip during the week. For some strange reason, this round, my duty free purchases were from Clarins!

I’ll let you know what I think about them, when I’ve tried them. I’m so pleased that the light booster kit is in trial sizes – what better way to try a product 😀

This weekend, pick up stuff at the L’Occitane Member sale and celebrate Stage Cosmetics 1st birthday where you can get some nice GWP gifts of a mug or a mini brush set trio. I have that brush set and I’d been meaning to write about it. In a nutshell, its a decent travel set because its small, dinky and does it job well enough at RM90.

Its a long weekend for us here in Malaysia as National Day is on Monday so for those travelling, enjoy your holidays and travel safe! For everyone else, enjoy the weekend!
