Yet lets face it – are you drinking ENOUGH water? If you only drink water when you’re feeling thirsty its technically too late. Your body is already dehydrated. The common thing we hear about is 8 8oz glasses a day but honestly, are you drinking even that? Well, I have a very simple tip for you to help you monitor your water intake, and I’ll also share some quick tips on how upping and monitoring my water intake has helped me personally in recent times.
