I’m currently the most out-of-touch beauty blogger in the entire universe of beauty blogging. I’m still only starting to use products that were ‘newly launched’ a year ago, and I’m not even doing full-on routines for a while now. I think the whole pandemic has gotten to most of us in one way or another, hasn’t it? At least, that’s my excuse.

But recently, I was gifted with a new product, the L’Occitane Immortelle Reset Triphase Essence, and I was intrigued enough to slot it straight into my routine.

Incidentally, there was a lot of interest in this, when I shared about it on Instagram, so here it is 🙂 Incidentally, it’s one I suggest that you use as suggested, instead of being too clever about it and using it in a different manner, as I usually do 😛

When I head outdoors, I slap on Avene Very High Protection Sports Fluid Sunscreen on my body for sun protection

I have my favourite sunscreens for the face, but if there’s one part of the body I tended to neglect (alongside others), is my arms. It wasn’t until I noticed that I was developing 2-toned arms from my morning walks, that I sought to take some action. Better late than never eh?

Not wanting to use the Avene Very High Protection Mineral Cream on my arms, I went to the pharmacy to see what I could get, and my eye fell on the Avene Very High Protection Sport Fluid. I think I was just suckered in by the words “Very High Protection” LOL! 😛

Anyway, I didn’t pay to much attention to it, whether it was a chemical or physical formula, although I lean to the latter for my face.

It’s been so long since I put a lipstick to my lips, I’d almost forgotten how it feels. The past 1.5 years of wearing a mask when out (and not wearing makeup when at home) has consigned most of my lipsticks to the bin.

And I had some really nice ones too!

Perhaps, as a hope of renewal in 2021, and not without a healthy dose of optimism, Chanel decided to launch a new range of lipsticks – Chanel Rouge Coco Bloom.

Promising a hydrating plumping formula and intense shine, these new lipsticks promise to be a treat on lips. And I do like them!
