Ah, all good things must come to an end, and this is the final giveaway in the MWS 6th Anniversary Giveaway series. Regulars will know that giveaways aren’t a commonplace thing here at MWS but when we do have them, we make sure we do them BIG! 😀

What this is, is a non abrasive skin exfoliator that removes dead skin cells and helps reveal better skin and refined pores. I find this one a little drying, so I use it just 1-2 times a week and I am a big fan of wipe off exfoliators. The effect may be to help skin look brighter, but the immediate effect is to clear your skin so whatever product you use is more effective. Unlike serums or treatment products that can actually brighten skin, this doesn’t. Think of it rather like a face scrub without the scrubby bits and you will get the general idea. I am special because I never think that being plus size is ugly. I’m a skincare/cosmetic junkie so I keep coming back to look for reviews and you give them fair and thorough!
People say that I’m “degil” or very stubborn when it comes to getting what I want. I don’t know why they tend to see it that way. I’m not spoilt or stomping my feet demanding for the impossible. What they see as “degil”, to me it is my persistence in achieving my dreams. If it weren’t for that persistence, I would have never made it to A-levels, I would never be pursuing a degree in film that absolutely love and I would never have accomplished anything else that I’m proud of, that makes me happy. Anytime, anybody tries to bring me down, I would fight for my dreams. It is never easy, but the greatest things in life doesn’t come easy. That’s what makes me special 🙂

Hmm.. i’d say I am special because i feel a very strong connection to my culture. I grew up in America and it can be awkward at times. Not fitting in because I am not American enough yet not fitting in so much in Asia because I’m not Asian enough. But despite all that, I truly feel like I have a strong connection to my culture from my parents’ many stories of where we all came from. It’s all philosophical and wordy (lol).
Anyway! I regularly come back to your blog because I love the way you write and how you make every product you use/review/like/dis-like a very special thing. You take time to reply to your readers’ comments and you have really amazing insight on lots of brands and bloggie stuff 🙂

I’m special because I can be playing on my handheld console or iPad or phone for one moment before going to bed, and the next moment my bf will be looking at me sleeping while the device is still on and held tightly in my hand. I keep coming back here to read the reviews because I find them very well written! It’s not too biased in any way and you tell it like it is. Plus, I know I’ll eventually move on from drugstore brands to higher end ones, so reading your reviews is akin to doing some pre-investment homework! 😀

1.Sorry for the long response!What makes me special is how I accept others for who they are and celebrate their uniqueness. Everyone in the world was made different for a reason, and I hate when good hearted people, with amazing personalities are put down either because of their appearance or because they don’t dress, act, or live the way that society deems “normal” but this inspires me to accept myself more.. To try and not focus on my flaws, but instead accept them and either work on fixing them or highlight them as another unique part of who I am.
The first thing to remember about beauty is, you must LOVE YOURSELF first!
