Kanebo Coffret D’Or Beauty Sharp Designer Blush 03 – Spring 2011

Lookee what the postie brought me today! 😀

Its the Coffret D’Or Beauty Sharp Designer Blush in 03 Rose Red. I don’t know how the Japanese view it, but it doesn’t look very rose nor red to me!

The top colour is the blush and the bottom is a contouring powder. I went for 03 because I know red in Japanese blushes usually work for me. I’m now a little wary about this one. Gotta admit it looks rather like the Lancome O My Rose from last year eh? 🙂

The case comes separately and is available in black or white. I went for black, but I didn’t have the time nor inclination to photograph it now. Will do so when I have proper lighting etc 🙂

Purchased it for US$43 (RM132) on adambeauty.com. I’m not sure how much it’ll be when it comes into Malaysia but from experience, its usually a bit cheaper here than it is online.

Gotta admit its all sorts of pretty isn’t it? Swatches will come in a few 🙂

So very shimmery…. I like it! And I’m sure the pastel shades compliment any skin colour. The brush seems to be so soft! Can’t wait to see the swatches!

I’ll try to bring them soon! The colour do look quite soft don’t they? I’m not quite feeling the coral but we’ll see 🙂

I saw the artist used this on the actress on nurenwozhuida couple days back and he teaches the techniques to use this to highlight and sculpt the face as well. Super duper pretty!!

My concern is the bronzing/contouring bit below because I don’t know how to use it and because I likely won’t. Its the top half that really gets my interest. I hope its pretty on the skin.

You might want to take a look at the video to show how to use the lower bottom of the palatte.

Oh great to know it works well! 😀 I’m a bit wary about the contouring half but we’ll see how it goes 🙂

Pooey! I wanted to buy this and I think I can safely blame you for causing this to be completely out of stock on adam beauty! 😉
