The Natural Source answers

May 13, 2008 Paris B 6 Comments

Quite a long time ago, I wrote about my experience with The Natural Source products. In a nutshell, I was underwhelmed so I never went back to the store. In my experience, it was not just one item that bugged me, but a few so after a while, I just reckoned that it was a line that did not work for me.

Anyway, I got an email just a few days ago from The Natural Source (TNS). Apparently, they had come across my old rants and decided to clear the air. So, here is the email I received from TNS.

I told them I’d put it up so you my dear readers can make your own judgments. If it helps clear the air for you, good. 😉

I also used their products before and really don’t have many good stuff to say, to be honest. I would say that I can’t even recall what I tried! IT IS THAT IMPRESSIVE!!! nah. i don’t care what natural ingredients they put in their products. If they don’t work, they don’t work. end of the story.

However, i am very impressed by this e-mail. it shows that they really care about what customers think. good job on recognizing this. And I hope they improve their products in the future.

I can see their shops closing one by one in Malaysia. The one in Mega Mall is long closed. THAT demonstrated just how popuplar its products are here.

I almost bought some of TNS stuff for Christmas pressies last year, but was a little skeptical so I ended up getting other stuff instead. Would be good if they had samples though.

Jojoba: Actually, the TNS store in Midvalley Megamall moved upstairs so they didn’t close per se. But I agree. They care about their customers, but if it didn’t work for me, it didn’t. That said, maybe it will help someone who’s looking for information.

Giddy Tigress: The last time they scooped out some samples for me but that was because I was buying things. They didn’t have pre made samples then. Maybe now they do?

Samm: Can’t believe everything we see in mags eh? 😉

Haven’t tried their products before but I like the fact that they take the time to email you regarding your earlier post. Thumbs up for them in this area of customer service!
