Wanna hazard a guess at what this might be?
A tricorder from Star Trek? Part of a traffic light turning green?
No prizes but it’ll be fun! Go on, take a guess 🙂

Hada Labo recently expanded their Super Hyaluronic Acid range locally and one of the new items is this Moisturizing Mist. It generated a lot of interest when I first showed it to you and I’ve been using it since then.
Granted, its not a month, as I give all skincare, but I thought it was alright to tell you how I feel about it now. I’ve run out of the SHA Moisturizing Lotion so I thought I’d use this as a substitute.
First off, I don’t recommend it as a substitute to the SHA Moisturizing Lotion. It does not give the same sort of effect to my skin. It spritzes out a very fine mist on the skin and then, I pat it in. It absorbs quickly, but for some reason, makes my skin feel a little dry. No bouncy feel like that the lotion gives me. I guess its not meant to be a substitute, but more of a complement. I guess also the SHA Moisturizing Lotion has just raised the expectation bar for Hada Labo products for me!
A plus point is that because the mist is so fine, it helps set makeup very well, and when spritzed over makeup during the day, it doesn’t muss up your hard work. Because its small (just 40ml) its very portable and here’s the deal – you can take it on board planes without problems because its flies under the 100ml limit and is non aerosol!

I stumbled across Jyoan’s review on this shampoo so the next time I was at a Carrefour hypermarket, I looked it up. The reason I picked it up eventually was because it said it helped with an itchy scalp.
I was still on Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner at this point, so yes, my scalp was super itchy! At just RM18.90/500ml I ran for the cashier with this in my grasp.
Did it help an itchy scalp? By the Gods, YES!
The shampoo has a lovely cool feel on the skin so once I lathered up and applied it to my hair, I leave it on for a few minutes and you can feel the cool minty tingling. Very nice. It killed the itchies in just 1 wash. Whew!
Downside : Get it in your eyes and you will be howling like a banshee! In fact, get it on your face and you’d feel the rivulets of cool mint rolling down your skin. Have fast reflexes and close your eyes or suffer the consequence 😛
There is a nice fresh minty scent which is pleasing and it pours out very easily from its flip top bottle, which is great for the shower. This Malaysian made product claims to be natural and there is no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) or Parabens. Very good.
So this shampoo is kind to the skin, and cleans hair a treat. It does leave my hair feeling a little dry (I don’t have oily hair) so I do follow up with a conditioner.
What’s the catch?
