Ah, you did not think I was going to let the 6 year mark slip by without some sort of celebration, did you? 😉 Perish the thought! I do have celebrations planned and they are, naturally, a series of giveaways! (what’s a birthday without presents?!) They’ll pop up at various times over the coming weeks and as is wont to happen around here, stay open only for a short span of time so you really have to be very quick 😉
To kick it off, here’s Giveaway #1 of the 6th Anniversary Giveaways, generously sponsored by Estee Lauder Malaysia (thank you!). This is a brand new product that will only launch in May, so ladies, one of you will be the very first to actually use it! 😀 Excited?
The Estee Lauder Nutritious Radiant Vitality Essence oil uses pomegranate extracts for anti-aging properties and this product is supposed to be a “vitamin booster” for the skin. It is a light textured oil with pomegranate extract and vitamin E and it is supposed to leave skin feeling moisturised, softer, smoother with a radiant glow.
Gah! Doesn’t it just sound amazing? 😛 Here’s how you can win 1 for yourself (Malaysia only due to logistics but not to worry, international readers, future giveaways will have something for you too!)
For a chance to win 1 bottle of the new Estee Lauder Nutritious Radiant Vitality Essence Oil worth RM240 here’s what you have to do:-
Leave a comment below telling me the following:-
- Tell me what you had for breakfast today and was it nutritious? See that’s easy! AND
- How do you usually receive MWS updates?
You may share this post on Twitter or Facebook but its not compulsory.
Remember:-
- Winner is picked at random and this giveaway is open to anyone with a Malaysian mailing address only. You don’t have to live here, you just have to have an address here.
- Deadline is 12noon Friday 15 March 2013
- Usual terms and conditions apply.
Good luck! If you win, I’d love it if you could share your thoughts on the product with us after you use it. I don’t know if I’ll be trying this but you betcha I’m super intrigued by it so odds are high I’d pick up a bottle when its out 😀

Thanks for this, Paris!
I have oats with raisins and nuts every weekday morning. 🙂
I don’t get any updates, I just automatically go visit ur site everyday!

Happy 6th anniversary!:D
For breakfast it was organic brown rice, millet, red lentils and carrots porridge with a generous dollop of Marmite. I’m breastfeeding my baby who is allergic to more things than he’s not hence there are more things that I can’t eat than I can! I pretty much have to cook everything and rarely can eat out. A little sad? Yes. Worth it? Totally yes! And yes, it is definitely a nutritious breakfast. To make it even better, I sprouted the grains overnight to make it easier to digest and sprouted brown rice produces GABA which is supposedly good for emotional and mental wellbeing. (Read here: http://www.naturalnews.com/031148_brown_rice_nutrition.html).
I get my daily dose of MWS via email. Love that the subject is witty yet gives me a good preview of the post.
Hi!
To jumpstart my” engine” today, I have 10 grains porridge with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and bittergourd seeds. Sometimes we add in sweet potato or cashew nuts and white fungus (my regular dose of collagen ) These are all pulverised and cooked the night before and reheat in the morning for consumption. With this, bowel movement has never been smoother and fast and time saving for busy me. 🙂
I read your updates daily, esp lunch time. You are my lunch buddy. 😉
have a great day!
I don’t usually eat breakfast because I have early lunches, but this morning one of my coworkers bought roti canai for everyone, so I dipped in too!!

Hi Paris!
I have a cup of Ensure milk every morning before I dash out the door with a hope that there is still a parking slot for me in uni car park and I know it’s not that nutritious.
I bookmarked your blog and normally check out your FB page for new update.

I ate air! It’s nutritious because it’s the only thing I can eat that gives me no calories!
I stalk MWS on Twitter. 🙂
I ate dim sum… sinful… probably the only nutritious part should be lots of protein they contained? Well, protein is essential for good skin right… hehe. I usually receive MWS updates through facebook newsfeed. 😉
I had a fibre shake this morning. Healthy enough I guess. 😉
