Some of you read this yesterday which was an inadvertent mistake on my part. Enjoy the weekend nonetheless! 😉
Happy Saturday Ladies!
Those in the USA celebrated Thanksgiving 2 days ago. Not a celebration we have here in Malaysia but it would be nice to step back for a moment and give Thanks, won’t it? 🙂

So here are 2 things I give Thanks for :-
For the friends I have made just by having a small presence on the internet. For many of us, we have gone past just being “blogger buddies” to real life friends – best of all, friends with a similar interest be it cosmetics or bags 😀 There’s one I still have to meet though 😉 Take a read at what I’ve enjoyed from some of their blogs in November 2010
- Yani’s post made me buy the Barry M Scarlet pencil – sigh – Redlusciouslips
- Syen’s makeup storage box brought back my memories – Soloverly
- Nikki shows us how to contour our noses properly – AskMeWhats
- Xin teaches us how we can use the REN Moroccan Rose bath oil even without a tub – Pretty Beautiful
- Jenn had quite a different experience from me with the Liese Bubble Hair Colour in Sweet Pink – Lipglosseater
- Tine shows us some inexpensive skincare that literally saved her skin – Beautyholics Anonymous
And the 2nd thing I’m thankful for? 🙂
Its for all you lovelies who stop by to share my stories, raves and rants! It gratifies me that we’re all in this together because I love doing what I do and I love that so many of you are here for the ride, whether you are new or a regular. In fact, a couple of readers are now friends too yay! 😀
So these are 2 things I’m thankful for – well, besides being still alive and kicking, a job, a roof over my head, food on the table and family who drives me nutters but who I love nonetheless 😀
What about you? 🙂
Enjoy the weekend! I’m thankful for that too! 😉

i am thankful for your daily updates and beauty tips! even though you made me spent quite a bit on beauty products 🙂
Aww… thank you! Even if I do make you broke 😉
I’m thankful for all the inspiration you’ve given me to start and maintain my blog, no matter how crappy it is… ^.^ that, and my internship is ending!!!
Keep up the work! And with the end of the internship means real work beckons? 😉
Degree course ^.^
Ah… lucky students 😛 Though I’m quite happy not to be a student anymore LOL! 😉
I am thankful for the new friends I’ve made recently – online and in RL!^^ – and the old friendships that still run strong despite the passing of time. Also, this has really been a lucky year for me, full of opportunities. Of course, it wasn’t all a sea of roses. As Dickens said before: “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. Yet we endure and thrive.
And we women live on to try all the beauty products known to mankind! 😀
Hurrah for friends – they keep us happy and sane yes? 🙂 I’m glad this year has been good for you. Its been pretty good for me too and for that I’m eternally thankful 🙂
I’m thankful for my family- even though they can drive me up the wall, they’re always there to support me.
Also thankful for my health- which means I can read, read, read and then tell you all about it, then work some more and buy more books/ebooks, makeup and shoes.
I really enjoy your blog- also thankful that I usually only come to SE Asia once a year, therefore my lemmings are somewhat inhibited by distance.
Yay for books! 😀 I’m so thankful to be able to read and read and read… and read some more 😉 Look us up next time you’re in town 😉
Hi there, I love love love your blog, i wrote a Thanksgiving entry today too, inspired by yours.. Way to go girl, keep up with the updates and reviews. The sky is the limit!
lotsa love,
daGlam
Thank you! Sometimes we get so overwhelmed, we forget to say Thanks right? I’ll do my best to keep this site going 🙂
Geez Paris, you are just so kind! 🙂
I’m thankful for the person upstairs [God] who has been looking over me ever since I was born. There are so many downs and so less ups but well that’s life. Gone through so much over the years and practically grown from it and I am thankful that I have learnt so much and gotten wiser and stronger from the experiences. I’ve learnt that it’s okay being different and being myself.
I’m thankful coz WE have proper food on the table comparing to so many parts of the world where having proper food is a problem and that I’m still alive and every member of the family is still here. Being very greatful for everything that I have gotten from this lifetime, meeting friends, online and in real life is the best thing that has ever happened to me. 🙂
‘Course I am! 😉 hehe… Oh yes, without God we are nothing yes? I’m glad you’ve reached a happy point in life. Not always easy to realize it.
Yeap yeap it isn’t easy but at least I have found it and and loving it hehehe 🙂
and so happy that I’m hired at last! I had troubles finding jobs coz I have no qualifications but experience only. SO so so so happy and yay I’m working again! 😀
I am thankful that I have a precious little princess who drives me crazy, but also makes me laugh with all her antics, her developing English accent which drives all the oldies in my family crazy and she also shares my passion for classical music (though she thinks it’s all from Little Einsteins), beauty and shopping. For that I am thankful that I don’t have to go out to work and I can spend 24/7 with her, though sometimes with the help of my mom, dad and aunt babysitting her. 😉
And I am also thankful that life throws so many things (not always good) at me, and these help me grow up and learn. 🙂
That’s something lovely to be thankful for 🙂 And if life didn’t give us lemons we’d never have lemonade so best way is to learn and grow and hopefully be better for it 🙂
Thanks, Paris. Like your ‘lemon’ talk. It’s true. 🙂
i am thankful for the excellent health that i have which enable me to sit down here typing out this words on ur blog! i am grateful for your sharing and your friends work on bloging which i have learnt so much over the years.
