Yeah this one’s for the men but I had to show you for 3 very valid reasons:-
- Most men’s fragrances are bought by women for their man (why else use a cute guy in the ad? Mawi is an exception 😛 )
- If you watch the Bottled and Bottled Night fragrance commercials back to back, it makes absolute sense and it appeals to me – see if it makes sense to you too below
- Ryan Reynolds is hot 😛
Now we’ve gotten that out of the way, actually the sole reason I’d dedicate a spot on MWS to a man’s fragrance is so I can feature a picture and video of Ryan Reynolds – my blog, sue me 😛
That’s not to say that Hugo Boss Bottled Night isn’t a nice scent. I like it. Its a strong spicy musky sort of scent. A manly scent. I’d get it for the men in my life. Well, man (singular) if there was one but in absence of that, the not so little bro could get some use out of this one 🙂
Launched just recently, Hugo Boss Bottled Night has Mr. Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Reynolds fronting the ad campaign. Personally, I don’t think I’d have recognized him if I wasn’t told – I’m very blur when it comes to celebrities. I’d have just passed him off as “that cute guy in the Hugo Boss ad”
Pretty much like the “cute guy in the Hugo Boss Bottled” ad. Not sure what I’m talking about? Let me show you both ads back to back.

If you didn’t get it, it appears that the Boss Bottled and Boss Bottled Night are counterpoints off each other. I didn’t quite appreciate the Bottled Night one till I saw the Bottled one.
But either way, enjoy the eye candy – after all, that’s “women stuff” too 😉

Ryan Reynolds is only in the Night ad. Dunno who it is in the other ad 😛 the black chip is the cufflinks I think
