Christian Dior – Diorissime Ferme Palette

July 25, 2007 Paris B 6 Comments

Hot on Chanel’s cute Camelia heels comes Dior’s Limited Edition Fall 2007 offering – the Diorissime Ferme Palette.

diorissime

Given a choice between Chanel’s Camelias lip palette and the Diorissime palette, I’d go for the latter simpy because the Dior palette is more versatile and more bang for the buck. This limited edition palette consists of4 eyeshadow colours and 2 lip colours. The eyeshadow shades look to be on the neutral side. My previous experience with Dior eyeshadows tell me that the quality is excellant although tending to be on the sheerer side. The 2 lipglosses are pink and blue. All of that is housed in a cute little pink case with an emblematic signature D on the front.

This palette will retail at RM169 (US$49.60) at Dior counters and sales should commence from August 1 2007.

    Its so damn pretty.

Sidetrack abit : You purchase stuffs from Strawberrynet before right? How long did it take for your payment to process? My payment has been pending for two days already! So irritating. And it’s normal is it that they send mail to confirm billing/shipping address and cvv request?

PB says: I sent you an email with some info

I’d love to buy it but I think I’ve got enough of eyeshadows and glosses to last me for a long long loooooooooooooong time. I need something to replace my broken heart…err..i mean seeing-the-pan Dandelion

PB says: You echoed my sentiments. I have way too much. Are you planning to get another Dandelion or just a replacement? I’m told that Shu Uemura has something similar in M Pink 33E or something.

I saw this in Ipoh a few days ago and was convinced I wanted it. Then, I came back and read through this post again and was reminded of how much I already have.

Think I’ll splurge on an eyecream instead. Necessity but not as pretty 😛

I bought another box of Dandelion at metro midvalley. much to my chagrin, the sales staff annoyed me to no end. I seriously dislike the sales staff there. But I had to give in because how much a staple it is for me. ARGH.
