This is by far, my favourite lipstick of 2009 and that&#8217;s saying a lot since we&#8217;ve only just entered the final quarter of 2009! I don&#8217;t think anything will or can be launched later in the year to displace my love for this.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3661\" title=\"dior serum de rouge\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/dior-serum.jpg\" alt=\"dior serum de rouge\" width=\"500\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/dior-serum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/dior-serum-300x235.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dior Serum de Rouge is a new luxurious lip treatment by Dior Cosmetics. To call it a tinted lipbalm is doing it injustice because its not a tint of colour on your lips &#8211; its full on COLOUR! Yet, like a lipbalm it caresses your lips and keeps them moist and supple.<\/p>\n<p>To call it a lipstick is similarly deceptive as it keeps lips supple and soft while drenches it with lip colour. It might be best to call it as Dior has &#8211; a lip treatment for the lips hence the name <strong>Serum de Rouge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I did not show you the full packaging because I love this shot of the lipstick \ud83d\ude1b But the Serum de Rouge lipstick comes in a slim tube with cane work on the body. You twist the bottom of the tube to push the lipstick up and similarly to twist it back down. There is that clackity sound like that of the click lipglosses &#8211; all quite lux looking. The swatch of Crimson Serum and the rest of the colours available is after the jump.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nYou are viewing the <strong>Dior Serum de Rouge in #840 &#8211; Crimson Serum<\/strong>, a colour I zeroed in immediately when I saw it. If you love red lips you MUST get Crimson Serum. Its positively gorgeous on.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3661\" title=\"dior serum de rouge\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/dior-serum2.jpg\" alt=\"dior serum de rouge\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how Crimson Serum looks with and without flash. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redlusciouslips.com.my\/?p=1130\">Yani<\/a> loves this color too &#8211; but then she would! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>The serum lipstick slides on your lips like warm butter, looking glossy and moist; and the beautiful part about this is that it lasts without drying out the lips. I eat and drink and by midday some color is gone, but a tint of it remains on my lips. Serum de Rouge is replacing my love for Dior Addict lipsticks! But I guess its ok since its all Dior LOL&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d rather not go for something quite as strong as Crimson Serum, you have 6 colours to choose from &#8211; most of them are wearable. Jamilla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.makeupforprofessionalasianwomen.com\/2009\/09\/fotd-armani-eyes-to-kill-eye-color-trio.html\">Camel<\/a> has me wanting 760 Raspberry Serum. I think I&#8217;m going to cave when I get to duty free! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3688\" title=\"dior-serum3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/dior-serum3.jpg\" alt=\"dior-serum3\" width=\"500\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/dior-serum3.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/dior-serum3-250x300.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dior Serum de Rouge retails at <strong>RM109 <\/strong>each at all Dior counters. Yes its pricey but good quality stuff always come with a hefty price tag so I&#8217;m not complaining. Put this on your Christmas\/birthday\/holiday wishlist \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Pros: <\/strong>Smooth, Does not dry out lips, Good colour payoff, Sleek packaging<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cons: <\/strong>Pricey but worth it \ud83d\ude1b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Have you tried the Serum de Rouge lipsticks?
