Hello friends!<\/p>\n

I was going to blog about a product I love today, only to find out that it’s likely discontinued. So, really, that was a waste of time wasn’t it? So, after humming and hawing, and taking a suggestion from my friend Tine<\/a>, I decided to share a quick, short video.<\/p>\n

Basically, I’ve made a small little change in my lifestyle that I don’t really want to shout about, because it’s really small, but it’s a start for me. One small step for PB, one hopefully major change in life! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What I’ve been doing is hitting the gym. I’ve spent my whole life so far avoiding the gym and the machines. I used to call people who run on treadmills ‘hamsters’ and look who’s the hamster now! \ud83d\ude1b Never call people names ok? It always turns around and bites you in the butt \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n

Please don’t expect this to be a major change for me, nor am I trying to guilt anyone into doing anything. I’m also not going to show you my flab to fab transformation, because the truth is that there’s far more input than there is output LOL! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

For me, the treadmill is more of a way for me to work out my aggressions, rather than to really get fit, if I’m to be honest. Sweating it out feels good and helps me feel better. It’s better than feeling like I want to stab someone with a blunt fork. Oh yeah, I get those feelings \ud83d\ude1b So, it’s just a small little change, that I hope will do me a world of good.<\/p>\n
