The lemony yellow packaging of the Light line was very eye catching in a pharmacy filled with white clinical bottles. I&#8217;d sniff the lemon essence and play with the testers but I never got round to trying it. I&#8217;d only tried the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mywomenstuff.com\/2008\/05\/24\/review-skincare-garnier-skin-naturals-light-whitening-infusion-tissue-mask\/\" target=\"_self\">Garnier tissue mask<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i253.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh67\/parisbeaverbanks\/beauty\/garnier-1.jpg\" alt=\"Garnier bodylight lotion scrub\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A year later, I was kindly invited by Garnier to the media launch of a new product in the Garnier Light line &#8211; the <strong>BodyLight Brightening Exfoliating Scrub <\/strong>and <strong>BodyLight Whitening Hydrating UV lotion<\/strong>. Yes, Garnier has expanded from face to body. This is so you look even toned all over yes? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The 3 main ingredients in the Bodylight line are:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lemon Essence &#8211; for exfoliating and illuminating the skin<\/li>\n<li>Mulberry Extract &#8211; for suppressing and preventing uneven skin ton<\/li>\n<li>UV Filters &#8211; to protect from the sun and further uneveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tested the products in situ and I can tell you that from a first impression, the Bodylight Exfoliating Scrub is simply wonderful! My skin was so smooth after the exfoliation. The body lotion is light and feels refreshing and importantly, sinks right in without feeling sticky! The lemon scent is still very strong and that bugs me a little to be honest but it dissipates after a while.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Garnier says that there will be<strong> visible lightening of the skin in 4 weeks<\/strong> with regular usage. They even handed out a ruler that measures the colour of the skin so you can compare.
