Ah, 4 months after I said I’d do a 30 Days of lip colours project, I’ve finally completed it. Yay for me 😛 Instead of boring everyone by going at it straight for 30 days as I did before, I opted to take it slow this time. Clearly, taking it slow means dragging it out but I’m glad I did, because in between, new lippies came into the picture which allowed me to showcase them (and give me an excuse to use them).

So by way of a round up, here are all 30 lip colours which include lipsticks and lip glosses. I will be on a break tomorrow (I’m presently away on vacation actually) but please come back in September. I have something terribly exciting lined up on the blog and I’m bursting to share the news. But it’ll have to wait till I get back 😉

Continuing from friends who delight me with unusual (and cult) brands I’d never heard of or tried comes the Shiro Cosmetics Intertubes. A gift from a friend, and when I saw it, I went… “huh?”

No really, I did. Firstly, I’d never really heard of the brand so I had to look it up. Shiro Cosmetics is an indie makeup brand combining makeup and everything geeky which does endear them to me somewhat. They satisfy my inner geek even if some of the references to current geekery is a bit young for me 😉 They also do some excellent looking loose eyeshadows (they had Pokemon themed shadows reviewed on Pink Sith! How not to love?) at lovely affordable prices. Might give them a go some day.

Today, we are looking into the Shiro Cosmetics Intertubes – a super highly pigmented lip colour that is both a lipstick and a lip stain and everything else in between. No prizes for guessing – but does anyone get the reference to “Over 9000”?
