When I first tried the Hada Labo SHA Moisturizing Lotion, I had a whole bunch of people ask “How does Hada Labo compare to Juju Aquamoist moisturising lotion?” To which my answer was “Juju what?!” 😯
But nevermind that, I picked up a whole bunch of Juju Aquamoist lotions to satisfy my curiousity when I hauled at Sasa.com. The one I first broke out was the Juju Aquamoist Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Toner. Before I get into it, let me make an observation about the packaging.
Juju Aquamoist is available locally at Watson’s pharmacies. In store, I see that the lotions or toners come in a glass bottle with a screw cap. Mine came from Sasa.com and is in a plastic bottle with a flip top cap. I was curious about this difference, so I checked with the Japanese Juju Cosmetics site where I saw that they too use the image of a plastic bottle with a flip top cap.
Err… ok not 100% the same – the label on the website has a blue background, but everything else looks similar.
This leads me to believe that the glass bottles are being phased out or are older versions of the product. Then again, I could be wrong and it could be the other way around 🙂 Either way, that’s the observation I have about the packaging.
Now I’ve gotten everyone wondering about that, onto performance we go! 😉
