I remember when I met the co-owner Mathilde Thomas, and I asked her what the Top 3 products from Caudalie were to try. Her answer included their bestselling Grape Water Spray (that I adore! 😀 ), the Beauty Elixir (that I unfortunately don’t 😛 ), and this – the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum.

This isn’t my first foray into the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. I first tried it many many years ago, in my early years of blogging, when I was first introduced to the brand.
It didn’t leave much of an impact on me, but at that time, my priorities for my skin were a little different. I was a little more idealistic, wanted to see results more quickly.
Now, with the benefit of a few years under my belt, and realism overtaking idealism, I’m revisiting the iconic Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum and seeing what I think of it 🙂
Continue ReadingIn the last 2 months I’ve found myself battling temperamental and irritated skin. It has been rather unusual, as I’d gotten my routine to a level where I was comfortable with how my skin was faring.
And it was faring very well indeed!
And yet, there I was, facing inexplicable breakouts and dry, irritated and bumpy skin on my cheeks. My skin was dull and I’d lost any healthy glow I’d worked so hard to achieve. It’s frustrating when you have your skin just where you want it, and then have it go bonkers without knowing why.
It reinforces my belief that achieving and maintaining good skin is not a goal. It is work in progress. So I went back to square one, and thought I’d share some of the products that helped my skin along the way.

I thought it would be a good time to address this.
I’ll share my thoughts about why I use facial mists or facial sprays, and how I use them, and you can tell me then if it’s something you use, or if it’s just a waste of time for you 🙂 No right or wrong rules here, people! I’ll also quickly run down the ones I have here and share some thoughts on why I like them (or don’t). I have a few others that I’ve used, but no longer have the bottles.
