Win! Nvey Eco Moisture Rich Fluid Foundation worth RM168

March 30, 2013 Paris B

nvey eco foundation

Peekaboo! Time for Giveaway #5 in the MWS 6th Anniversary Giveaway series. Whew! Its been quite an exciting few weeks eh? Maybe its time for the fun to end… maybe 😉

Today, we have a liquid foundation from an organic cosmetics brand, Nvey Eco so this would be perfect for those of you who prefer to use organic products. Its not easy finding good organic makeup and Nvey Eco is one of the few brands that carry conventional makeup products made from organic ingredients, not just mineral makeup.

This new organic cosmetics brand is brought into the country by TNS Skinlab and you can find it in their stores and online. I haven’t tried it so I can’t tell you what its like, but if you are feeling adventurous and are game to give it a shot, we have here today 1 bottle of the Nvey Eco Moisture Rich Fluid Foundation in 512 Beige.

I can’t pump it to swatch it for you since its new, but to my eye and based just on visual appraisal, 512 Beige is a fairly light shade that may suit someone with fair to light skintone. Perhaps someone who takes a foundation shade up from mine generally, but there are some pink tones in this one. So if you take 020 in Dior, you might be able to handle this (but no promises!).

This one is also open worldwide so find out how to enter below.

nvey eco

For a chance to win a bottle of the Nvey Eco Moisture Rich Fluid Foundation in 512 Beige here’s what you have to do.

Leave a comment below (on the blog not anywhere else) telling me:-

  • Share one eco-friendly tip you consistently practice. AND
  • What sort of posts on MWS prompt you to leave a comment? (Or maybe you never comment?)

Please do share on your Twitter and Facebook channels.

Remember:-

  • Winner will be drawn at random after all the giveaways in this series end and this is open worldwide.
  • Deadline to submit your entry is 12pm 1 April 2013 (Monday +8GMT)
  • General terms and conditions apply.

To learn more about new and upcoming natural or organic skincare and makeup brands you can follow the TNS Skinlabs Facebook page.

Good luck!

I practice reduce, reuse & recycle.
Reduce – e.g. bring my own container to tapau,
Reuse – e.g. reusing glass bottles as decor items for the garden (thanks to Pinterest for ideas!)
Recycle – e.g. old newspapers, leaflets, envelopes, etc

I usually am a ghost reader, but i do occasionally drop comments 🙂

I keep empties of plastic containers and placed it at the nearest bin collection.

I seldom comment on your blog, only on random occasion where I’m keen to know more about the product or I had use it before. 🙂

I collect my household empty plastic, tin, glass and sell them off or put them into a collection bin and also use a cloth bag when shopping.

I am more of an email reader but I do comment on products I have an interest in trying but have not gotten the chance to.

    Thanks!

I recycle all products that meet the requirements where
we live…Sometimes, I drive my family crazy with my
recycling, but that is okay with me!
I enjoy reading reviews of new kinds of products!
    Many thanks, Cindi

I do the whole eco thing broadly – reusable bags, my own food takeaway container, no plastic bottles, reuse rainwater, organic personal care top to toe and the works …. but the single thing that I feel has the biggest immediate impact is using cloth pads for myself and cloth diapers for my baby. It makes me happy knowing that I’m sparing our landfills from at least 3000 disposable diapers a year! Multiply that by the number of babies there are, imagine the difference we can all make if everyone went with (some) reusable cloth diapers.

The kind of posts that gets me commenting are usually the contests post, obviously =)

I usually reuse empty beauty containers and jars to store products samples that comes in sachets. And I comments a few times on the products review posts to ask for more information about the products 🙂

1.first i have to admit i am not doing much for environment except small things like Turning off all electrical devices when they are not in use( is what i consistently practice.)

2.Apart from giveaways ( i think they lured almost everyone to comment) when you post about products that give you glowing skin prompts me to leave comment and delicious recipes food pictures but your site doesnt easily load on my phone so get impatient

I avoid using plastic and Styrofoam product as much as possible ! Seriously, I don’t think we need Styrofoam product in our daily life .I’ll always use my re-useable container whenever I order my take-away food, it is so much safer compare to those chemical made Styrofoam plates and boxes . Paper cups and paper plates are available everywhere , why use Styrofoam product right ?

I’m a Big Skin Care junkie ! I occasionally leave comment on your skin care reviews , application technique and so on . ;D

I re use plastic bottles to stock filtered water. And basically do the whole thing like sort out the waste and allways have cloth bags in my purse.
I rarely comment, I am rather on the lurker side 😉

I collect the blue mineral bottle caps and send them to a non-profit organisation that recycles these to make prosthetic limbs.

I love to comment on your makeup of the day posts because you never fail to wow me with your red luscious lips! 🙂

-Reusing/Recycling paper! It absolutely kills me that my office doesn’t have any recycling bin, I even resort to taking all the paper that comes to me home to recycle!

-I respond most to questions that ask for opinions (especially divisive opinions!), or are funny most, often. Even though I am entering this giveaway, even those posts generally don’t get a comment from me. I definitely like scrolling through to the comments the most whdn you ask sillier or more thought provoking questions 🙂

Hey! First of, a huge thank you for your giveaway and you have an awesome blog here! 🙂

One eco-friendly tip I practice, besides the whole plastic bag, water bottle reusing tip which I try to practice religiously, is I take most of my notes on my laptop or iPad instead of writting them down on paper. As a college student, I feel this is my most practiced Eco-friendly tip. I mean if at least 25% of students could practice this tip, we could save on paper, and the trees will still be standing up tall, and weather will be more skin-friendly and haha, I think you get the gist of it. Oh! Another tip! I normally ‘renovate’ my old clothes like t-shirts and jeans into tanks/crop tops and shorts! This even saves money! 🙂

Well, to be honest, I just discoved your blog, like 10 minutes ago while looking for beauty bloggers. 🙂 So, basically, I leave comments to thank and appreciate people blogging and also ask questions as well as provide feedback on a product or place or to enter a giveaway. 🙂

    Thanks once again! 🙂

    – I have invest in a reusable cup which not only cuts down on waste but keeps my baverage hot for a much longer time and I always let my fingers do the walking-online, consider if I really need a paper beauty catalogs, which is not if I can read about the product review in the beauty blog.

    – I usually leave a comment if I keen to know more about the product.

    🙂

My mom has always been a bit of a recycling fanatic (she’ll hold on to a bottle for HOURS if she can’t find a recycling bin because she doesn’t want to dump it in a normal bin) and that’s rubbed off on me a fair bit. Now my friends and colleagues always remember me as the naggy one who insists we recycle everything. But hey, it’s all for the environment, right? 😀

To be honest, while I do religiously read every single post you publish, more often than not I don’t comment (because I’d just ramble, as you are beginning to see here eep). But sometimes when you get me buzzing with excitement over a particular product, or even bring up an interesting point in your posts, I’ll usually let you know in the comments. 🙂

I make sure to recycle any and all of the packaging of my beauty products. And, given the sheer amount of products I use and get through, I like to think I’m making a difference! :p

Hmm, to be honest, I don’t comment all that often, though I do read every one of your posts practically religiously. As and when you touch on an interesting observation though, sometimes I just can’t resist sharing my thoughts too in the comment section.

I try to ask for no plastic bags if I can fit the product I buy into my handbag. Besides that, I always bring my own water bottle and food containers around.
And haha, I usually do not comment.

Yay, so many giveaways! Thanks Paris!

My family usually recycle plastic bags, soft drink cans & newspaper.

I usually comment when I don’t understand something or whenever I need to find out more about the product.
