At 730am Had 3 pieces of small sardine currypuffs, large plate of guava, mangos, oranges. Topped up with a mug of coffee with milk & 1teaspoon of sugar. Enough for the morning until next small sips of coffee or tea or juice during morning tea.
I go to MWS daily during morning tea or lunch. If I work night shift then after arrive home in the morning. Its one of my compulsory daily web visit 🙂

1) I had a plate of rice with mushrooms and pork strips for breakfast – packed with enough calories to last me until tea time, I hope! ^.^
2) I to go MWS daily – the first thing I do when I have access to the Internet. Usually it’s after I’ve settled down in campus. It makes my day, heh heh~

1) nutella with wholemeal bread, one of my fav. I am a simple girl.lol. not very nutrtitious but it gives me the sugar boost that i need to start on day.
2) i used to go into MWS whenever i’m on the pc and notifications through emails. Nowdays with the help of smart phones, i use google reader app, which would notify me whenevet there’s any new updates! So i can get the latest even when i am on the go!!!

i had two pieces of butterscotch bread only as my tummy was feeling unwell. Not sure whether it is nutritious enough but i am sure the sugar content is enough to supply energy till i get my proper lunch.

I had red bean bun and milo as my breakfast this morning. It might not be enough nutritious but I am happy that hubby was the one who bought the bun for me when he passed by a pattiserie yesterday evening.

1. I had a whey protein shake, chocolate flavor so I do believe that is quite nutritious. Though I would have opted rather for some muesli and yogurt.
2. I find you on my newsfeed on my Facebook page considering I’m on it ever so often. If i’m not on my Facebook, I made an RSS feed to my phone of bloggers I like to read. So far this feed consist of only two bloggers.

I had almond drink with egg whites and I usually does that for a quick brekky. I suppose it is nutritious as it can last me for quite a while until lunch time.
I usually log on to e-mail and would definitely check out MWS updates in my inbox daily from workplace. Sometimes when I’m having my lunch break, i’d like to search through MWS archives and read past reviews on products and generally reading it for leisure. I always read what PB has to say and her own opinions about the products and it definitely affects me if I should place my money on a product brand.

Well, i personally is not a breakfast person. But somehow i manage to make sure i eat light such as bread, milk, oat or mini size portion of a proper meal. =) I am too skinny, just trying to make sure my weigh aint loosing :'(
