Insta-Updates: Oh my little darling! You smell delicious!

September 7, 2012 Paris B 20 Comments

I walked past the store front of the Annick Goutal store at Bangsar Shopping Centre about a week ago and saw that store window was dressed in a lovely soft mint green! I always love looking into the Annick Goutal store. I once saw a father and daughter in there buying a fragrance close to Mother’s day. Lucky lady!

annick goutal petite cherie

But the new store window told me that the new Petite Cherie fragrance is out! 😀

An annual new variation on the signature Petite Cherie fragrance, the new scent and packaging comes with a tag that you can detach and wear as a pendant or brooch. There is also a limited edition bottle available. More photos will come soon.

Have you ever smelled Petite Cherie?

Its one of my favourite scents ever 🙂

I really must go past the store and have a whiff one of these days – haven’t had the time! 🙁

Do do! 🙂 They have a store in BSC, a pop up in Pavilion KL and are also in Isetan KLCC I think…

Ooosh, that bottle looks darling! A few of Annick Goutal scents aren’t my cup of tea, but I might pop by and give this one a whiff.

I personally find that Annick Goutal scents are a bit too strong for me. All except Petite Cherie which I simply ADORE! 😀

Oh do sniff it if only to know how beautiful it is 😀 I find the rest a bit too heavy.

Hi Sakura, there are some sites that sell them online. But its really pricey so do try to take a sniff before you splurge! 😉

Petite Cherie is one of my faves too! I haven’t worn it in ages ( have been wearing Chloe Intense & Stella) so I must dig this one up!

Yay for another Petite Cherie fan! 😀 The one this year is a bit heavier than last year’s but just as lovely.

I went to Isetan to have a sniff today and I think that it’s very good. I’m currently torn between this scent and Viktor and Rolf’s Flowerbomb >,<

I may be wrong but Flowerbomb could be permanent while this one is an annual limited edition scent i.e. its a permanent scent that is tweaked annually so I’d do this one if you really like it 🙂

I adore Petite Cherie. The scent of pears is so unique and refreshing! Unfortunately it smells sour on me. Like dish washing liquid 🙁

Yes! But it smells like dishwashing liquid on you? Oh boo 🙁 I find the longevity is also an issue but then it is to be expected from something that smells this light and effervescent.

My sole perfume indulgence….i always buy the refills since i have the bottle already..
Everytime I tell myself i should probably buy some other perfumes since its cheaper by half…but once my bottle finishes…to the shop I go.. boo hoo hoo

*yawn* I’m tired of seeing them coming up with different versions of the bottle every other month. ok not month, I exaggerate. How’s this different from the original scent wise?

I think it’s a nice easy scent but crappy longevity which I generally find with pear scents e.g. L’artisan Parfumeur called Numero 1 (or some other number) or JO Malone english pear and freesia (I love this!!!)
