Christmas and the year end is nigh. At a normal time, I’d be kicking back, winding down and relaxing my way to 2012. This year, I’m huddled over work that seems to be coming in a tidal wave form. So while I huddle over here like Bob Cratchit, you get to win something 🙂
I wheedled these out from Dior for you, because I loved my Or Etoile and Nocturne lipsticks from the Dior Les Rouges Or Christmas collection and wanted to share the love 🙂 Each of the Rouge Dior lipsticks in the Rouges Or collection has gold dust infused in it for a golden shine for the lips. Use Or Etoile on its own (if you dare) or over lipstick for a touch of golden shine. The pink shade is Cinderella, a soft pink that looks sweetly adorable.

I just want a quiet christmas. Been running around the whole year and this year went by too fast. So quiet christmas with family will be good for me.
We’re not traveling this year, for the first time in a while. Just kicking back with the doggie and having a quiet Christmas 🙂 Then we’re going to our favorite restaurant for a fabulous NYE dinner!
I can’t wait for this year to end. I’m going to sit back and try all the wines I’ve read up on. I might even get my act together and put the Christmas tree up. I did all my shopping online – it was so awesome. No queues, no waiting, no crowds – all can be done at 2am in the morning if I so inclined. And some gifts were sent out way earlier as well! 😀
I’d like the gold lipstick please. I think it’s awesome fun and I’d love to muck around with it 😀
Can’t resist! I’m going to sail through Christmas, enjoy myself, drink and be merry. For the first time ever, I have spruced up my house – repaint, redecorate, spring clean, whatever! Bone breaking no doubt but I AM READY FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR! Ha ha believe it or not!

There will be a lot of traveling from 26th Dec onwards until 2nd Jan 2012. It has been 6 years since I last visited HK. It will be fun to travel with my mum and I have already listed down things I need to buy in HK! 🙂

I made a DIY Christmas gift today, and was so happy with how it turned out (I’m not at all craft-y, so I was amazed I didn’t wreck it hehe). I’m actually working on college apps right now, and hopefully those will all be done by the time Christmas rolls around.

Time seems to be passing too quickly. It will be Christmas this Sunday, and then New Year on the next Sunday. By the time we’ve finished celebrating, it’s time to get ready for Chinese New Year! Talk about a hectic schedule…

This year hasn’t been kind to me. I wished for a normal Christmas, all prepared for the new coming 2012. Gold is said to be lucky, why else would a pot of gold be at the end of a rainbow? Abit of that on the lips, 2012 would be as lucky as it could be. Merry Christmas and have a good year ahead. =)
