From the Toddling Threes to the Fantastic Four!

Good Morning Ladies,

Today marks a milestone and on a blog, we mark milestones by … blogging about it! 🙂

Today Ladies, MWS turns 4! *gives a hearty cheer* 4 years old! 😀

I started MWS today in 2007 for a bit of fun, never quite expecting it to turn into the community it is now. Nearly 2000 posts, and more than 33,000 comments later, here we are catching our view of our 4th year in action. Not bad huh? 😀

Thank you everyone!

Its trite but I couldn’t have done it without all of you who stop by, leave a comment, react to a comment, help answer a question, tell your story, stay and chat and just be a part of the growing MWS community. It feels like a house party sometimes when everyone stops by with their opinions and comments, and I love that, so keep it coming! 😀 I’ve even made real life friends just from blogging – both fellow bloggers and readers – and its been an awesome ride.

I enjoy that part of blogging the most of all – getting to know all of you 😀

So here’s to Year 4 and to a bigger better MWS community. Now enjoy the virtual petit fours 😉

      Actually it might even be longer than 4 years – PB’s been around longer than MWS has 😉 And we’re all older now. Wiser too I hope hehe… Thanks sweets! I think we’ll hit that next 2k much sooner than expected. 😀 *hugs*

    Whoa!! Many, many congratulations to you!!! Look at the high number of responses you got! 🙂 I’m sure we all hope you keep going strong! 😀

    I was drawn to your blog last time because of the 30 days of lipstick posts that you did for erm.. 30 days? 😉 It was really helpful to see what the colours looked like in real life before making a purchase.

      Thank you Milktea! I pretty much enjoyed doing that 30 day thing and I’m glad to know someone enjoyed it too. Would you like to see something similar? Or perhaps something else? Ideas are helpful!

    Happy 4! I’ve only kept up with your blog for this past year and I love it! It is fresh and different somehow from all the rest – you know there are many beauty blogs around. I love the detailed reviews and how you go for products that do not always hit the mainstream, while at the same time keeping up with the new releases. It gives the blog personality.

    Here’s to another round of 2000 posts – and more – to come! *Toasts with virtual champagne*

Its been lovely hearing from you especially since you’re so far from here I love how small the world has become. 🙂 I guess I don’t go for mainstream if MAC is mainstream coz I’ve never really been much of a fan.
