June already and we’ve gone for what feels like months without a giveaway now 😀 Well let’s remedy that eh?
Up for grabs is a package of hair care goodies from Kao Liese Tokyo Hair Cosmetics. I loved how cute the Juicy Shower was and I wanted to share it with you. Here’s what you stand to win.
- 1 Juicy Shower
- 1 Designing Jelly
I’m afraid that because the products are heavy as heck, this will have to be a Malaysia only giveaway. International girls, don’t despair – I’ll come up with something else soon!
How do you win these? Find out below.
For a chance to win leave a comment below:-
What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever done with your hair?
Me: Chopped it short and coloured it red but not at the same time
The winner will be drawn randomly by a parakeet if I can find one or failing that, a random person like my Dad 😛
Its only open to those with a Malaysia mailing address and the deadline is 12 noon 25 June 2010 (Friday)
Good luck!
Paris B
Do read the terms and conditions. It will make your and my life easier.

The bravest thing I have ever done to my hair was leaving my precious hair to non-pro/non-trained hair stylist i.e.a junior during high school to give me a hair cut. Instead of my hair, she snipped my ear & it bled !!!!!!!

Not quite bravest but decided to try something new so had my first perm at the ripe age of 30. It turned out horrible! Not 2 weeks later chopped most of my hair off into a really short bob not flattering to my round face. Had to wait to regrow hair for over a year.

I chopped my hair length until short(like boy cut) after been sticking to long hair for more than 20years and dye it to red color…

Right after SPM, I chopped my hair real short (as in boy cut short till i could see my scalp) and dyed it the lightest shade of copper-like yellowish gold with hints of orange for prom. And after a month, I dyed the same colour again for Chinese New Year which makes the colour even brighter! Best colour for the festival.heh.

I decided to highlight chunks of my hair red. like a super bright red like the colour of your links. It was a cheap job (was a student at that time) so it was not well done but back then i thought it was cool.
Now thats pretty normal isnt it?
The thing is, a few days after that, I “smartly” decided to go swimming. This turned the bright red into a orangy, yellow, grey tinge. So i had that almost-like-baby-shit-colour chunks in my hair for weeks coz my mom would pull a fuss if i dyed my hair again. 🙁
Learned frm that lesson and never went swimming right after a hair dye
p/s: I really like the juicy hair spray thingamajic! *crosses fingers*

The bravest thing I had ever done to my than virgin hair was dying it a bright copper colour and having the hairstylist do whatever he felt was right in that moment. A lot of trust and prayer throughout the whole process that it wouldn’t turn out a disaster and it didn’t…phew =D

the bravest thing i did to my hair is to color it and chemically straightened it myself! 😀
Abby says
I used to have boy-ish short hair for the longest time! That’s probably the bravest I’ve been. Not that I had a choice at the time. Time for a change perhaps?
Blair says
The bravest and also stupidest thing that I’ve done to my hair was by cutting a blunt fringe myself that had to be corrected and therefore shortened by a professional later on haha!
I regretted my decision soon enough, pesky pimples kept popping out on my forehead -.-
Thanks for this fun giveaway, ParisB! ^^

The bravest thing I’ve done to my hair is trim it to short and “bomb” it with super tiny curls….almost “afro”. The whole process took almost 4 hours and the stylist says she used almost 100 curlers for my hair! Imagine holding up my heavy head. The end results? I LOVE it!
Lai Yee says
The bravest thing I have ever done to my hair is to cut my hair short till boy length for second time being after my friends laughing me for 10 years of the bombastic hair I have 10 years ago.

Oh it reminds me that when I was 5 years old, my dad brought me to a saloon and he didn’t tell me that what will going to be happen, I was being put on a seat, cutting…washing…blowing…I was not aware what she doing on me, just kept quite(I was a shy girl when 5)…when I started aware and look at the mirror, OMG!! I saw a curly girl in the mirror and her hair being bomb!!! I cried for a whole night and he said he cant do anything unless I cut bold… being months I refused to go out.
Never forgive him about that !! =,(

Im so not brave, but, i did once cut it short into a bob. LOL

The bravest thing I’ve ever done to my hair is having my long wavy frizzy hair chopped to a boy’s length and dyed blue – which resulted in a blue mop of short frizzes and crazy waves. -.-
yuki says
haha… Let yr dad pick the winner^^
The bravest thing I’ve ever done was to dye half of my hair blonde!! I think it’s super weird but it can be seen very CLEARLY if I tie my hair up…
Elle Sia says
My hair was burnt by a bunsen burner a few years ago in my school lab so I went from super long hair to a pixie cut! Got it dyed and highlighted it blonde at the same time. Pretty brave! I should win from the trauma alone right?
Stephanie/Yukaeshi says
I did a semi-afro recently. That is to say, really, really tight curls all over on my chest-length hair.
Stephanie/Yukaeshi says
Oh, and might I add, I’m a Chinese. And it’s not something I want to replicate ever again although it looks really good on me because:
1. It hurts a lot. It hurt more than when I did my tattoo.
2. It’s very high maintenance
I also had it dyed flaming red with even redder highlights 🙂

I guess the bravest thing I did to my own hair is to cut it by myself… After I watched Parent Trap where the twins (Lindsay Lohan) chopped identical fringes & White Oleander’s Astrid (Alison Lohman) chop her hair from sweet long blond & dyed to black in colour. Then I got the BRAVE! xD I cut my fringes according to Anne Hathaway’s style in Devil Wears Prada. But it turned out become looking like what the chinese describe as the “watermelon peel” fringe. & it’s totally uneven!! & so thick cuz I don’t know how to thin & layer the hair…^^ It took me a whole month to let the shape goes away… :s
kpy says
Bravest thing I ever did was cut my own bangs…didn’t exactly turn out as nice as I wanted it to though >.<
Pui Ling says
Dyed my waist length long hair 3 times in a row of 2 weeks coz the salon couldnt get the my requested color of “Ash Greenery Golden Brownish” that i wanted. On top of that fringe rebonding.
Phew!!! im lucky my hair conditions still looks fine but *sad* despite some split ends due to heavy chemical.
