Tom Pecheux Blue Dahlia for Estee Lauder Autumn 2010

March 22, 2010 Paris B 8 Comments

I’m breaking my own rule again about not telling you too far ahead of new releases. By the time the releases are launched, you’d be so sick and tired of all the news you won’t be excited anymore! But I just had to show you this – Estee Lauder’s Autumn/Fall 2010 imagery.

Tom Pecheux for Estee Lauder Blue Dahlia Collection

Suffice to say I’m totally feeling that eyeshadow palette. But then I’m a bit of a sucker for blues LOL… I may not have been totally enchanted by Estee Lauder’s Bronze Goddess 2010 but this one will get a look from me.

Perhaps because its cooler than that of Summer, and its colours I prefer. I’m not feeling the fuchsia lipgloss though. I prefer something a little warmer on the lips. All that said, I think this would be a beautiful palette to channel the Aegean sea with its bright blues.

Tom Pecheux is Estee Lauder’s new creative director and he’s certainly making the brand a little edgier to keep up with the times if the recent Estee Lauder launches are anything to go by. There will also be a revamp of the Pure Color eyeshadow range. Updating them to keep with the times.

I can’t wait for this one 🙂 Will bring you more when I know more.

Well it’ll likely only be out here in the later part of the year so there’s still time to get it 🙂 let me know if you’d want it and if you aren’t around then

Hmmm, for some reason I never fancied Estee Lauder, save for the huge case o makeup they come up with every year. Not a fan of blues either hehehehehe.

I like how Estee Lauder is now much more interesting compared to before. I however am NOT a fan of the blockbuster sets. Personal preferences 🙂
