Taking care of your skin esp from the sun is the most important, make up isnt required if we already have beautiful skin. Even on a cloudless day, there is tons of sun damage possible.

If you are confused between hydration and anti-aging skin cares, think about hydration series first before going to anti-aging series because anti-aging series is very oily for mature skin above 40’s onwards. Too early using anti-aging series will not help your skin at all, besides hydration series will help to reduce your fine lines which actually due to dryness, stress and imbalance lifestyle.

always remember the basics – cleanse and moisturize no matter how tired/time restricted you are.
i always freshen up my face (cleansing & re-moisturizing) when I have the opportunity (if I am home between appointments). this, coupled with sufficient sleep (i sleep average of 5 hours a day during week days, so I tend to try to get more R&R during the weekend).

Since I have oily skin, I’ve learnt that I shouldn’t keep washing my face. I should only wash max. 3 times a day coz if not, my skin will be very dry.

I’ve tried these products before… didn’t work for me and my sister but I can say that the company has really good customer service… when we complained abt the ineffectiveness of the product, they called us up and asked us what was wrong, offered to give another product which was suppose to be better (but was out of stock at that time)… instead they gave us a huge bottle of their facial mist spray and a small bottle, plus their cleansing gel… all full size!
well, the 1 tip I have learnt this year for healthy skin is to double cleanse! It really kept my skin clear even during the stressful periods (eg. exams–>late night +no sleep)…

A tip I learnt recently is to always ‘rub out’ or ‘heat up’ any skin care products you want to use by warming it on the hands first, and it does really make a difference 🙂

I’m using sleeping mask for hydrating my skin once or twice weekly. My skin feels more supple and moisturised the next morning. It’s more cost effective and hassle free than using other types of mask.

Always double cleanse! I used to only clean the face with a facial cleanser at the end of the day (not that i use much makeup – just sunscreen and a touch of silk powder is what i use on most days), but I got told off by my beautician for not cleasing properly when she found out haha. Now i use a milk cleanser followup by my usual facial cleanser. Face definitely feels cleaner and has cleared up abit (i have mild acne).
