Day 21 : Definite Makeup Classic Lipstick – Angel Smile

June 21, 2009 Paris B 7 Comments

Day 21 of the 30 lipsticks in 30 days Project moves on with Definite Makeup Classic lipstick in Angel Smile.

Definite Makeup Star Kiss Classic Lipstick – Angel Smile

Definite Makeup Angel Smile

Part of the Classic line of Definite Makeup cosmetics, Angel Smile is a warm neutral slightly coral shade in the stick. The case is a cool gold metal that feels a little thin but is sturdy.

On the lips, Angel Smile is a neutral nude shade. The nice thing about it is that it does not blot out my lips so I look like I have no lips. I have quite nicely pigmented lips naturally, so its always hard to find a nude lip colour that works.

Picture shows 2 swipes on my lips. It blots out the lip colour some. I usually have pinker lips naturally.

definite makeup angel smile lipstick

Angel Smile does the job well coating my lips with a sheer sheen of very light coral colour yet keeping the tone neutral so I don’t look washed out with this on. I use this when I wear a strong eye colour and it works well. Otherwise it also works on days when I don’t feel like looking like I have too much makeup on. I don’t use it much since I’m not a fan of neutral lips but at least I know I have one should the need arise!

Definite Makeup lipsticks retail for RM56 at all Definite Cosmetics counters and stores and there’s a slight vanilla scent.

Stay beautiful

      Hi Winnie

I can’t remember them all but I remember Sunway Pyramid (Asian Avenue & Parkson) and Sg. Wang Plaza Parkson. Please see here for more stores.

Awww~ So pretty! I’ve been looking for a nude lippie for a while now since I’m into heavy eye-make up + nude lips combo though I’m not sure if I’m willing to cough up that much just yet as a student XD I keep telling myself to ‘go for nude!’ but I always walkout of the shop with something in a pink-ish shade instead haha. I was wondering if you’ve seen/know of any drugstore dupes?

      Hi Hasegawa

I was a bit hesitant to try a nude but this one works good. I don’t usually wear nudes so I can’t quite help with dupes but I believe Revlon does have pretty decent quality and they may have some good nude colours.
