Day 28 : Clinique High Impact Lipstick – RSVPink

June 30, 2009 Paris B 3 Comments

Yeah I’m a little behind on my 30 lipsticks in 30 days project but I’m going to finish this one 🙂 Today we have another lipstick from Clinique.

Clinique High Impact Lipstick – RSVPink

Clinique high Impact lipstick

Clinique’s High Impact lipsticks feel harder and drier than the Buttershines which I love. However, the colour pay off is better and I love this colour in RSVPink.

What it is in the tube is a soft pink. This colour is pretty much what you can expect on your lips.

On the lips we get a light pink-peach colour that’s quite flattering on fair complexions. On darker complexions it might look a little faded. However, I notice that when I do pink for lips, I’d go for pink-peach. I have nothing that’s straight pink-pink!

This Clinique High Impact lipstick was a gift so I’m not sure of the price. It should be about RM65-70.

Stay beautiful,

Paris B

Wow, I actually have the same lipstick, in the same color, but the color looks different on my lips. Granted my natural lips color are much darker than yours. The color of the lipstick actually looks…uh..electric pink on me. And I can’t see it the peach tone. The color is too cool for my skintone, but I like to sometimes wear it when I feel daring. Haha

      Hi Muta

Aha! A perfect example how different products work for different people 🙂 I’m quite surprised at it looking electric pink though. Its more of an everyday colour for me.
