Day 14 of the the 30 lipsticks in 30 days project features a lipstick from Bourjois. This one was purchased from Singapore a while ago and is a color even if its not in a formula I really am enamoured with.
Bourjois Lipstick – Framboisine pour Felines
Bourjois lipsticks come in a plastic case and looks fairly cheap. Its not all that cheap (I can’t remember how much I bought it for) but its cheaper than department store. There is a strong scent which turns many off.
The texture of this lipstick is rather dry and this particular line has been discontinued. The colour however is a lovely fuchsia shade I find remarkably wearable.
Framboisine is Raspberry in French… I believe. On my lips, its a sheer raspberry shade that belies the strong colour in the tube. I’d use this on days when I remember I have it or when I want something bright yet sheer that does not slip off the moment I put it on.
I’d check out more Bourjois lipsticks but we don’t have it here. The newer lipsticks seem better in texture. Its worth checking out if you have access to a Bourjois counter.
Day 15 will feature
Stay beautiful,
Paris B
Raspberries for cats? Tee hee…
Lovely shade of Fuschia, and I know what you mean about Bourjois lippie scents. Here’s hoping the new ranges are less scented.
bourjois is an old love for me. i eventually quit it because it’s not available to us in malaysia. its lip products are quite nice especially the 3D Glosses. This does look like raspberry on you and i like it better than reds on you, to be honest.
oh perhaps i am just jealous of your wearing reds.
