Kanebo Impress – truly impressive!

January 18, 2008 Paris B 4 Comments

Impress

Kanebo launched their new Impress skincare line here in Malaysia a while ago. I had the opportunity to test drive some samples of a few of the products in the line and I’ll be honest – I’m sold!!

This Impress line is truly truly impressive (at the risk of sounding corny). Kanebo Impress promises to refine the skin and improve the skin surface. I only had sample sachets to go on before but I managed to get my hands on a slightly larger sample of the Kanebo Impress Emulsion 2 (for normal to dry skin) and after a week of using it only at night as night moisturizer, I am sporting smooth and radiant skin so refined I can barely see any pores! All I need in terms of makeup is a light covering of powder foundation and a little concealer and I’m set to go. Even my blush goes on better and looks better.
Nothing has changed in my lifestyle or diet or skincare or makeup regime except for this one item so all I can say is that it must be attributable to this truly amazing skincare line. As an ode to my love for this line, I am going to do a review of the products I have tried from this line the whole of next week. So if you have wondered about the Impress line of skincare products you might want to bookmark my page or subscribe to my feed or get email updates so you don’t miss out. 🙂

I’ll be honest though – the products are pricey. Very very pricey (ouch!) But hey, who said beauty came cheap eh? 😉
