K-Drama and K-Pop seems to have taken over from J-drama and J-pop. K being Korean and J being Japanese. In fact, Korea seems to be the new force in Asia to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry. How do you explain a pop sensation like Rain? I mean a name like Rain? Anyway, I digress. The point of it all is the fashion scene of Korea as depicted in the dramas screened on tv.
From what I see, there is much similarity between the Japanese and Korean fashion, especially among the young. The young people are all about being funky and individual. And if you like Korean fashion, take a look at JSIS a brand by two brothers. Their clothes are young and trendy. There is a fun feel to it and I can just see the young here wanting to snap it all up.
Its pricey though. Dresses average about $58 and T-shirts are between $15 to $35. They are cute, I can’t deny that. However, I may be a tad too old for most of the designs. Heh…
The shipping from the site is free above $200 and if you don’t hit that amount, then there’s shipping charges. They send by express courier service though, and it comes in a nice looking box which kind of justifies the shipping costs.

JSIS is absolutely my favourite brand of clothes; I discovered them on Yesstyle but I have no idea where else to get them! Finally after making enough money to order online (haha yeahhhh baby) – Yesstyle doesn’t carry anything but black shorts!
PLUS, they’ve changed their model. How could they! 🙁 She (in your pix) was the best model ever hands down. Don’t you agree? I need to find out her name!
And oooh you’re from KL too! Me too! 🙂
