Metallic silver is all the rage in Hollywood at the moment reports Life & Style Weekly. That probably means we’ll be seeing more silver accessories – bags, shoes, jewellery, clothes in the stores soon. Its great for me, as I prefer Silver as a colour, to gold. Gold gives me the impression that its gaudy and in your face, whilst silver is more elegant. But, a lot of it depends on your skin tone as well. Some people I know don’t look good in silver, but smoulder in gold!
Knowing how influenced we are by Hong Kong clothes trends however, I’m not sure if we’ll see this trend on our shores as soon, unless Hong Kong picks it up. All that said, I’m all over that drool-worthy silver bag in the picture above by Francesco Biasia ($428 ouch!)! Eh, and I do own that Bourjois silver eyeshadow!
Incidentally, the Bourjois eyeshadow in Silver or Argent is rather gritty in feel, and does not apply very well. I find it a bit flakey although the metallic shine is quite something. I suppose that if you really wanted a nice blingy silver eyeshadow, you could really do worse 🙂

oh well…I love silver, but I reckon the only thing I can pull off is the eyeshadow…any more, and I’ll look like something the Men in Black hunt, or worse! 😉
*sigh*…I think I’ll stick to just writing my notes in silver pen…*rofl*

LOL… at least you have a silver pen so you are still with it! 😀 The bag looks hot tho 😛
