1. Melbourne! Because of how diverse it is and how there’s something for everyone. (Foodie, nature walker person, shopaholic, coffeeholic, wine-holic, beer-aholic, sportsaholic) With its famed (infamous?) 4-seasons in a day, it keeps everyone on their toes to dress as the weather changes drastically throughout the day. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Each time I whinge about life, I tell myself to shut up because I’m extremely fortunate to call this place home.

2. I love reading about your bags! Post more and err, post more? 😛

Jasmine March 18, 2013 at 9:08 am

1. I live in London, and the most interesting thing I can think about London is … the rain. On some days it’s like a spritz of face mist that never ends, tiny pinpricks that finally flatten your hair after you’ve walked a mile. On other days (especially in Spring and Summer) however it is as heavy as a huge flush of water that never ends for hours! The regular mac and wellies usually work against both though, but the windy gales mean the cheap umbrellas always end up in the bin!

2. I love reading your sunscreen and foundation reviews. Our skin tones are quite similar and so I really trust your swatches.

March 18, 2013 at 9:09 am

Whoaaaa did you say one international reader? Pick me pick me LOL

I live around Leuven, which is a university town about 26 kilometers from Brussels. Because it’s a university town, every September we get a new batch of students (I’m feeling older and older looking at the new students. The ones who started university last year are 10 years younger. This year it’ll be 11 eeep). There is a statue in the city center called Fonske, which is a little man holding an open book with one hand and pouring a glass of water into his head with the other. The students always have a way of messing with it. I’ve seen that statue with a Phantom of the Opera mask, with foam all over the place (somebody must have put laundry detergent in it), and so on. It’s always kind of funny to see (especially when I’m not the one who has to clean up)!

I like your Save and Splurge feature! It’s very helpful to compare two similar products in different price ranges. Something for everyone!

1. Surabaya, Indonesia 😉 It has all the delightful shopping malls and attraction, but minus the hectic, fast-paced lifestyle of a metropolitan city. Life can be considered easy and friendly here. One of the best places to live if you want to relax and enjoy life.

2. I love how you talk a lot about blushes, because I am a blush whore. And I like to see how you put on your eye makeup, because I also have small Asian eyes, like yours.

Cecilia Wong March 18, 2013 at 9:20 am

Ipoh- Of course it’s all about the food! But what I like about Ipoh is the relaxed lifestyle. You can go most everywhere in tshirt and shorts. You can go out any time of the day or night and find something good to eat. It is a place where a line of 4 or 5 cars is a traffic jam. Give me Ipoh or give me death! :) Not that extreme of course.
I love your skincare reviews. You’re my go to resource person when I want to try something, because like you, I have sensitive skin.
Btw, for Christmas, I bought this Camellia blush for my son’s girlfriend. Upon your recommendation, of course. And she loves it. Now I want one for me!

Issa March 18, 2013 at 9:22 am

1. I am from the Philippines! What’s interesting in my place is the hospitality of the people. There are also a lot of places to visit like Ocean Park, Star City and there are also a lot of malls for the shopaholics. But Philippines is mostly known for our beaches! We have a lot of beautiful beaches to go to especially Boracay and Palawan…

2. I love your posts about makeup reviews especially the eyeshadow palettes and of course your red lippies because you really look pretty on them. :)

Parita March 18, 2013 at 9:29 am

I am originally from Bombay (Mumbai), India but currently residing in KL :) The best part about bombay is that its a city which never sleeps! a true metropolitan city with diverse cultures its truly the heart of India. It has one of the best local transportation system in the country! Love the spirit of the city!

I love reading skin care and blush reviews :) they are extremely thorough! Thank you for the awesome opportunity!

Lingzy March 18, 2013 at 9:39 am

I’m from Penang, where all the glorious street food you can ever find all in 1 place! XD

I started reading your blog just a while ago when I started to care for my face and to learn make up. You’ve shared so much with your post that I got to know myself better. I like that your post is easy to read and it’s easy to make product comparison over different blogpost where I can just go back and search for it and compare what you’ve wrote myself. :) Thanks!

Hasegawa Ayane March 18, 2013 at 9:41 am

1. I live in Malaysia and it’s interesting because food is almost always available ;D The variety of food makes answering the question “where/what to eat?” such an impossible task to do!

2. My favourite type of posts to read at MWS are the product reviews because it’s honest and presented in a quirky and interesting manner.

Crabby March 18, 2013 at 9:46 am

Penang: A small island with beautiful coasts and scrumptious cuisines not to mention the great folks living here :). If you are a ‘foodie’ Pg will be your destination. With hard work i still maintain my waistline….haha..
I love your skincare posts especially on new brands in town even though i may not get it in Pg. A good excuse for me to travel….:) Luckily i have a fren in US that will carry some skincare back for me every year :):)

Ivanka March 18, 2013 at 9:48 am

Hi PB~!

1. Ampang; because of the foodie and cheap mamak.

2. I particularly enjoy the Save & Splurge post as it is helpful to look at alternatives. I’d say it is always tempting to splurge more than saving because whenever a review post is out from MWS, I uncontrollably feel the need to get my hands on them and try all.

Ying March 18, 2013 at 9:59 am

Hi, I live in Malacca and one of the most interesting things about Malacca is of course it’s history! Besides that, the food here is a major plus about living in Malacca. I especially love the wantan noodles here cause they don’t taste the same elsewhere. To me, at least ????
I love reading all beauty-related posts on our blog! I always find out about new beauty products on your site and I find your reviews very helpful when I consider buying a new product ????

Goh Xin Yu March 18, 2013 at 10:01 am

1. Currently living in Penang. Only one word to best describe it—-> FOOD!
2. Love to read about Save & Splurge. Who doesn’t want to enjoy maximum benefits and effects at a minimal investment.

Joanne March 18, 2013 at 10:05 am

Petaling Jaya – I love this beautiful city, you can get everything under the sun here. Good food, great shopping and good amenities.

I love reading your reviews on makeup. Learn so much about what’s new and makeup tips all at the comfort of my home.

Huda March 18, 2013 at 10:05 am

Hi there, Paris! Here are my answers:

1. I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the city filled with vibrant people from all parts of the world. So, we get to have all the interesting cuisines, arts and (some) cultures as well!

2. I check your “Lipsticks” posts like a maniac, because I’m nuts about lipsticks (and might be a lipstick hoarder, whelp) and your reviews are always fun to read :)

Eunice.C March 18, 2013 at 10:10 am

1. I live in heart of KL, and thing is, the people here are too busy working, and minding their own lives, that I hardly get to speak to my neighbors other than to exchange pleasantries .. Life in the midst of the concrete consumerism jungle can be challenging and lonely.. At the same time, that’s what I love about being in this city.. I am near every conceivable mall and shop, and that makes it a great place to shop for all the things a woman can want :)

2. I absolutely love all the reviews MWS have done on oils !! Im a firm believer in using all sorts of oils and I swear by them . I use them on my face, body, hair, eyelashes and even nails ! They get absorbed really quickly, and my body gets to absorb all the great nutrients which in turn nourishes it and gives me that healthy glow.

1. I live in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. What makes this town interesting is that it emerged from being a cluster of housing estates evolved from oil palm plantations into an almost burgeoning city near the eaves of Kuala Lumpur. Here, we live the lifestyle of quiet suburbia with the comforts of the city! ^.^

2. My favorite feature would be the open cafe sessions! ^.^ I just like to see what all of us are up to, because I’m such a nosy busy body hah hah hah!

Happy anniversary! Just back from a long trip out of town without good cellular signals. Miss your posts which I am going to check out in a min.

(1) Bangkok. It’s THE place for food, shopping, massage, night out, temple visits and sight seeing. Bangkok existed since the 15th century… not too old but not new either. Being the capital city, you can easily go anywhere you want – North, South, East, West. If you want a quick beach holiday, there’s Cha-Am which is 2 hours drive from Bangkok. Apart from the petrol and real estate prices, everything is so cheap here!

One more thing I LOVE about Bangkok is how convenient the public transport are. From big to small, there are the Sky Train (new lines are expanding now), public bus (I know you love!), brightly-coloured Taxis (I love love love!), Song Teao (literally means 2 rows. A truck-like transportation usually running shorter distances than taxis and they have fixed routes), road ka-poa (4 wheel version of tuk tuk), tuk tuk (now everyone knows this one eh?) and finally, motorcycle taxi. 😀 On the klongs (water passage or river) there are the boats. Although not perfect, these transportations are sufficient for every needs as Bangkokians have been battling with traffic jam for many years. :p

(2) I love reading about your thought provoking posts, such as those that deal with inner self, or observations of people. 😀 Can i pick one only? If I may add, I love also your makeup review and full face makeup shots (FOTD?). So chic and so fresh. 😀

Jen March 18, 2013 at 10:13 am

I live in Shah Alam, Selangor. What’s great about Shah Alam is the diversity of food (what else!) from Chinese to Japanese to Middle Eastern all within the same area :)

I love reading about your Save/Splurge posts :)

Esther Neo March 18, 2013 at 10:13 am

I am from Singapore *doing Ms Universe Wave*….where everything is so near yet so far. You can find litte india, arab street, chinatown, vietnam town, and just about any nationalities you can think of. And most importantly….World Peace!

I love to read about your skincare and makeup reviews and your opinions towards your own life. I am sure it wakes a lot of people up and start to appreciate their lives and families and friends.

1) ????Taiwan. ALOT OF NICE FOOD AND CHEAP BARGAINS!!!! Taiwan is basically a place u should visit XD You won’t regret(:

2) Skin-care and makeup.

1. I live in Kuala Lumpur. The most amazing thing about my city is that you’ll never go hungry! There are restaurants open 24 hours of the day. There’s always something delicious to eat any time of the day & night!
2. Definitely it’s the makeup reviews that I enjoy reading the most. It’s always great to have another person’s opinion about makeup products before we actually purchase them. Can’t get enough of the myriad of makeup item’s out there!

Amalina March 18, 2013 at 10:26 am

I live in KL (in particular Bandar Sri Permaisuri). I love my town particularly because everything is available in just one place and it is located in the middle of map. Also if I need to go anywhere, I dont have to go through massive traffic jams because Im ahead of everyone (hehe). I went to work in Shah Alam so, when I head out to work, I head OUT of the city whereelse most people head INTO the city. So, no massive traffic for me. Yeay!! LOL

I love reading your Save/Splurge post. If there is an alternative product at cheaper price but with the same quality, definitely go for the cheaper one. And I have to thank you for trying all these products and giving us the input :)

Bugs March 18, 2013 at 10:28 am

Gonna pass the chance for others who want them as I’m more into skincare plus my lips are allergic to lipstick. Just wanna share my ‘joy’ for this giveaway, so generous of Shiseido. Hey PB, I guess this is one of the happy time of being a blogger huh coz I sure enjoy it as a blog reader. Hehe!

Btw, is there any problem on email notification on reply to comment? Ever since I subscribe to receive new post by email when u were ‘on leave’ not long ago, I didn’t received any email when u replied my comments anymore. At first I thought maybe u were too busy but 2 days ago I had nothing to do so I stalk your blog and accidently say your reply ( I like to read comments by others ). Just wanna let u know in case something wrong somewhere.

Hey Bugs, there was a bit of a glitch so I had to make the “Email Replies to Comment” function selective and not blog wide. Now you can opt in to email replies. There is a box under the comment where you can check to receive replies to comments so if you check that, you’ll get an email notification when your comment is replied to. Sorry about that!

Bugs March 18, 2013 at 5:25 pm

Yay ! Thanks PB for fixing the email issue. I received the email on your reply. Thanks!

I’m from Kota Kinabalu Sabah. Loads of tourist attractions, beaches, mountain, & seafood galore !
Love your food & skincare reviews ^^V

March 18, 2013 at 10:32 am

I live in Penang and when you talk about Penang, one thing will come into mind for sure! The FOOD, glorious selection of food fit for a king! We have famous street food like the char kuey teow and cendol, we have world famous nasi kandar, we have the freshest seafood, steamboat, mee udang, mee ketam.. the list goes on and on and on. I am not from Penang but I have lived here for almost 8 years and of course, I have fallen head over heel with this great place. :)

One subject that I love? Oh my, so many topic that I love but if I have to choose, it will be the product reviews! I believe I am attracted to honest reviews and I found it here!

Singapore a vibrant city is very accessible to yummy food places
My friends from overseas loves all of them.

Definitely more Skincare reviews. To me beauty is within your skin not something you want to hide. I’m still trying to find good eye cream.

Victoria March 18, 2013 at 10:57 am

I live in Kuala Lumpur and was born and bred in this place. What I love about the city is that everything is conveniently available here – churches, shopping, food, cinemas, gadgets, etc. On days that I do not wish to drive, I can easily take the LRT to get to a destination.

I started reading your blog quite recently and my favourite subject on your blog is skincare. I have discovered so many products which I would have never discovered on my own. Your blog has allowed me to discover many other blogs and I have to say that my live is so much more colourful from this discovery. It is great to share beauty information with other girlfriends who do not have the time to read beauty blogs :-)

Angela March 18, 2013 at 11:05 am

I live in Los Angeles. The most interesting thing about LA is that although we are a metropolitan city, we still have the claim and quietness of smaller cities, especially for people like e who lives in the suburb of LA.

I love you blog and I’d love to see more product reviews.

1.Well I live in Paris. Most of people know that here is Tower Eiffel, Moulin Rouge, Louvre and lots and lots of luxury boutiques. Everyone by rule loves Paris and want to come here :) I think the interesting thing here is- you might meet Parisians but you need to be very very very lucky to meet ‘true’ french! People usually have no idea but most of people are immigrants. And surprise- french girls arent always skinny, smoking and being super stylish either 😛

2. I like to read posts where you express your opinions about other things than beauty. After that- reviews. Thanks to you I got Kiehl’s Midnight recovery concentrate and Im loooving it! I also love your foodie posts- obviously food there is soo different than here in France! :)

Antwerp. One of my top 5 painters once lived in central Antwerp and his home has been converted into a museum/gallery!!

I really enjoy your high end makeup reviews and pictures. I like reading your thoughts before paying a visit :)

Thank you for all your work and brilliant blog.

1. I live in Taipei, Taiwan though I lived in Toronto for a great many years in Toronto, Canada, so I consider both places ‘home’. What I love about Taipei is easy access to bargains, and so so many good food, from street stalls to high-class Japanese or Western food!

2. I like reading your save vs splurge posts as it gives me a good cheap alternative high-end stuff!

Houdini March 18, 2013 at 11:40 am

Hi Paris,
I’m from Shah Alam-the capital of Selangor with all the comforts of a modern Malaysian city (and glorious food!) yet clean, relatively quiet and peaceful. I do feel safer walking in the streets compared to other parts of Kl, and the traffic jams are not as bad as neighbouring towns!

I absolutely love checking out your product reviews, your view are usually so honest and refreshing! I don’t get the impression that you’re just quoting from the product’s promotional brochure/ads (as I do with some other blogs), I feel that you really put in effort to deliver a well-rounded review regardless of the product. Would really love to see more haircare reviews in the future! :)

Michelle Beh March 18, 2013 at 11:45 am

Hi Paris B! Thanks for the giveaway!! I live in Penang! This is mot only food and beach paradise but also full with heritage culture! I love to read your skincare reviews!

Oh goodness what a wonderful giveaway, Paris! That Camellia compact is SO so pretty! I’ve been seeing it everywhere and it seems to give the most beautiful, natural-looking flush! Plus it doesn’t hurt that the design is so freaking pretty 😛

I live in sunny San Diego. It’s actually the 2nd largest city in California and is known for having nice, temperate weather year-round!

As for favorite posts…well, that’s hard. I always love a good review (and yours are always so wonderful!) but I admit, I really love your Discussion posts. You always bring up good points or subjects that maybe others are afraid to talk about. You’re honest and interesting and it’s always a good read! :)

I live in Melaka, the historicial city of Malaysia. It has been conferred by UNESCO a heritage city. A plus point for Melaka is its mouth watering FOOD – nyonya food, teo chew cuisine, chendol, chicken rice, pork satay, mee sua, ikan bakar and the list goes on and on.

I love reading about sunblocks and blushes. Like you, I apply copious amount of sunblocks. And I do love a rosy blush. I enjoy reading your detailed input of the various sunblocks and blushes. Thank you for your effort.

Hi Paris,

I’m from Mumbai (Bombay) and I love this city that never sleeps. This city has an awesome, resiliant spirit and is quick to get back to its toes after major setbacks. I also love the lovely blend of modern and heritage architecture that we have here, you’ll find modern skyscrapers next to Victorian stone buildings. And of course, the food! Bombay is the melting pot of cultures in the literal sense too! You can get food from around the world as well as food from all the various regions of India in this wonderdul city!

I love the Save and Splurge feature on your blog. Yes, I love high end cosmetics, but if I can find a similar product at a fraction of the cost, why not? Don’t we girls all love a bargain???

I love reading about the limited edition and drugstore products available in your region only; kind of torture but also amazing with the quality, variety and value! 😀

I live in Atlanta, GA, where I was born and raised! Atlanta is a great city with lots to do – concerts, outdoor festivals, and some of the best restaurants in the South! My favorite thing to do here is to go to outdoor concerts at Chastain Amphitheatre where you can bring in your own food and drink and have a picnic while hearing your favorite band play!

One subject I enjoy reading here at My Women Stuff is your reviews. I also love to see products not available here in the U.S. because it’s cool to see different goodies available in other parts of the world!

Kuala Lumpur – It’s all there and it speaks for itself. Enough said.

“Makeup” and “Skin Care” are my two top favs. But if I have to pick one – it will have to be Skin Care. Preservation/restoration of the base before painting the surface.

Happy 6th anniversary, Paris! -throws confetti-

I live in Kuala Lumpur and I think the interesting thing I encountered since living here is the night market/pasar malam. It’s so lively and great for weekly grocery shopping. The food are delicious too! Rojak, bak chang, steamed corn, nasi lemak ayam berempah, tofu fa, grilled taiwanese sausage…. the list goes on and on.

I enjoy your make-up tutorial and tips the most, there’s so much to learn every time ^^

I’m a proud to be a Penang girl. An island & a mainland full of historical colors & culture. Not forgetting the yummy foods & also the mural paintings around the historical town. On top of these, it’s a place for numerous international sports such as marathon run (how could you miss the annual Penang Bridge Run!), cycling activities and more.
I love colors & this is why I love your blogs. I love to read your reviews on all the colorful makeups. I have to give a thumb ups for your write ups & photos. They are short, nice & clear! Good job for writing & updating this blog for 6 years, as I do see lots of bloggers do not have the discipline & persistence as yours. Please keep it coming =D

I’m staying in Bukit Jelutong – right now the best part of staying here is that the Jaya Grocer Warehouse Outlet is within walking distance 😀 I also just discovered a stall selling Mee Kuah Ketam nearby which I’m absolutely addicted to.

Love reading your reviews on makeup and skincare – helps to curb my impulse-buying (also, unfortunately totally enabling in some cases too, tsk tsk).

I live in Miri and the best thing about it is that it feels like a beach holiday here every day. Very different from where I am originally from which is KL. And there is no traffic jam here too 😀

I love reading your reviews here on MWS. Helps me with making decisions when it comes to buying products :)

I am from Singapore and one of the interesting things is that though Singaporeans appear to be known for negative things like being “kiasu” (afraid to lose out) and capable of complaining about all sorts of things, inside most of them resides a kind heart that makes them generally honest people (a good number of us return lost items to their rightful owners) and willing to donate to charity even when times are bad.

I enjoy reading your honest reviews and your discussion topics that draw sharings from beauty lovers from all other the world.

Jerine March 18, 2013 at 1:08 pm

I live in Penang. There are so many interesting things here, the most common one is food. Practically in every corner of Penang, there will be restaurant or hawker stalls. If you’re not too sure where to eat, just go to random coffee shop, I assure you that it will taste much better than other places.

I enjoy reading your reviews (makeup and skincare). I appreciate your honest point of view. There are so little bloggers in Malaysia that are doing this. I find a lot of blogs commercialized, but yours is truly genuine. Keep it up!

Ami S. March 18, 2013 at 1:11 pm

I am from Penang and as everyone knows, the Pearl of the Orient is a food haven. You name it, we have it. I love my hometown so much and I’ll always believe that “You can take me out of Penang, but you can never take Penang out of me.”

I absolutely love your posts about skincare reviews. They are honest and very informative. Thank you for all your reviews! I have definitely learnt a lot about makeup and skincare from MWS!

I live in Anchorage, Alaska and the one thing that is interesting about Alaska is how people imagine how it is like, for example people will think we live in igloo or ride polar bear and such but truthfully, we don’t do all that, in fact it is like everywhere else in the world. We have talk building and cars. The summers are beautiful and the winter are magical.

My favorite post on here is reviews especially Asian beauty products!

2. While I love your makeup reviews, I also love reading makeup tips that you learned from makeup artists or that you found through trial and error! I also love your skincare reviews — its hard to do them since everyone’s skin is different but your reviews have made me want to try a lot of new brands!

1. I live in Subang Jaya and the great thing about Subang is that we have EVERYTHING close by so we never have to travel out of Subang (boo to traffic jams!).

2. I enjoy reading about skincare because a great base is the most important aspect in makeup :)

1. I live in Bangalore (India) and I just love my city. Apart from the fabulous weather all the year through, Bangalore has many different facets to it characterized by the different names it has – Garden city, Silicon city, Pensioner’s paradise and even Pub city 😉

2. What I like best about your blog are the skincare reviews. You are always honest and upfront about products and that’s what keeps me coming back again and again to read your blog!

Sue Ng March 18, 2013 at 1:41 pm

1. Penang! What more can I say? Of coz it is the food that attracts many! =)

2. Save and splurge! Love this because I can live with the “save” version of the splurge. 😀

I am from Pakistan and my city is called D.I.Khan it is not a big city but we have really good colleges, university and a medical school here .Best part about my city is that it is famous for it’s Date gardens( date the fruit not the dating :)) and it is so delicious that it is exported to other countries too and my city is also famous for hand made embroidery clothes, you can find some really amazing hand embroided pieces here at a a very reasonable price and you can find lots of greenry and we also have a river here I love it :)
I mostly enjoy save & splurge and your reviews on makeup products as they are helpful when I shop online and lifestyle posts because they are really interesting
I shared your giveaway on my facebook wall here is the link:
Thanks xx

I live in Melbourne, Australia and I love the diversity of culture we have here. They say London is a melting pot but it doesn’t compare to my beloved city, where you can have a Vietnamese restaurant nestled between an Indian curry take away shop and a French bakery!

I really like reading your skincare reviews. Some of the products you review aren’t readily available in Australia, so it’s great to be exposed to different brands :)

Rane March 18, 2013 at 2:29 pm

I live in Kuala Lumpur since I was born. Well, I have to say there’s always good food around KL but you have to drive your car around because the public transport here sucks 😛

One subject I enjoy reading at MWS is the beauty items review because I feel that you are sincere and honest on your opinions. :)

I’m from Middelburg, The Netherlands. I love this place because it is only a couple of kilometers away from where my grandparents grew up! After traveling around with my parents (lived in Brunei before this, oh your posts make me miss Malaysia) it is nice to be back in Holland now that I live by myself.
The weather is colder, but that means lots of layers of clothing atm which I love – imagine doing that in Brunei, LOL. Middelburg has a little harbour and loads of monumental buildings, so its nice to go for walks or jogs, I’m always surprised about the new beautiful streets I find.

The blogs that I enjoy most are either skincare blogs or lipstick blogs. I love lipsticks and wear them nearly everyday. In the winter I tell myself it “prevents chapped lips”. Hehe yeah right, but truthfully, I just really really like lipsticks :)

1. I live on the Gold Coast, Australia – home to the current men’s and women’s world surfing champions (Stephanie Gilmore and Joel Parkinson).

2. I really enjoy reading your travel stories (and also your food stories -which go hand in hand with the travel, because I’d have to travel to get to KL!)

hi there! i live in hawaii and i love that we have a melting pot of food and people here! you will see lots of asian and pacific islanders. but there are also europeans, mainland US people, south americans. i have friends from congo, canary islands, korea… every corner of the world! and the best part is they share their interesting food! just yesterday i had corned beef and cabbage with sticky rice (not potatoes) and a small bowl of poi on the side. lychee flavored shave ice for dessert. bet you’d have a hard time finding that combo in any other town. :)
i found this website from a google search for guerlain foundation. i wanted to know what color would match my skin tone- asian, but tanned from living in hawaii, haha- and i am so glad to find a beauty review site that is written by another asian. i feel like i’d get a more accurate review because my skin tone is a little different from those of european decent. thanks for your hard blog work, i appreciate your thorough reviews!

1. I live in good old Malaysia, more specifically Seri Kembangan, a little suburb town in the outskirts of KL :) One very interesting thing about my town is that it is really a FOOD HAVEN! 😛 the food here is really good and the price is unbelievably reasonable! I sometimes even find the food around here better than Penang and Melacca! No kidding. :)

2. I really enjoy reading the save and splurge posts! 😀 great quality products and purse friendly alternatives. :) totally my thing!

Thanks for the giveaway~ 😀 the shiseido blush is to die for! 😛 have been lusting for it ever since your first review of it! Hopefully I’ll be really lucky this time~ haha :) *fingers crossed*

1. I live in Adelaide. One interesting thing about my city is that it is the only major Australian city that was settled by free people, instead of convicts. In fact, the settlers were so hopeful at the beginning that they didn’t build a jail until two years later!

2. I love reading about sunscreens on your blog – I’m always searching for the perfect one!

I am from Malacca, Malaysia and my hometown is all about food. People from KL or JB will go there and hunt for food, from main course food like nyonya baba cuisine to dessert like crepe cakes or coconut shake. Your instagram is full of food too!!

I like the review you done in your blog especially for skin care and make up. There will always be a nutshell in every post to make me decide should I or shouldn’t I pick up that product and give a try.

1) I live in Alor Setar, Kedah. Interesting thing of Alor Setar, no traffic jam unless there is an accident. My workplace from home only 10-15 minutes distance.
2) I like all your review. They are review from all aspect which really give me a clear picture of the product. The thing I like the most, you always put the price for our reference.

KL! It may not be Eternal city, City of lights or even the safest place in the region but this is where I born, found my loves and living my moment.

I love reading your reviews on skincare/comestic and shoes shopping.

I live in Canada (Vancouver, BC to be exact) and I guess one interesting thing about the city is that it ranked in Yahoo’s top 10 best places to live in the world in 2012!
My favourite posts on MWS is probably the save & splurge posts with Lipstick Bandits posts coming in second 😉

Hi Paris

I’m from Malaysia but i live and work in Singapore. I’ve grown to love the country despite the fact that it’s getting a bit overcrowded. I love spending my weekends at the many artisan coffee joints that has popped up like wild mushroom all over the country. I

I always check your website for potential makeup acquisition! It was your blog that convinced me to buy the Guerlain Meteorite Pearls. Now, it’s an essential part of my makeup routine :)

1. I live in Penang, Malaysia and it is most famous for its street food. But other than that the most interesting thing I would say about Penang is that it is a city with lots of places to chill at but yet there is still maintains a laidback vibe, unlike other big cities where it is so hectic and there are traffic jams n crowds everywhere.

2. I really enjoy reading the reviews of skincare at MWS.

Felixyii March 18, 2013 at 6:09 pm

1. I’m in Kuala Lumpur – i love the unique smell of mixed perfumes when you walk into a mall. I was studying in perth, australia previously and totally missed that! Must be the lack of persistent SAs spritzing their perfumes during launches hehe.

2. I love posts on your oils and blushes. I never owned a blush/facial oil till I dug into your old posts and made me go out and hoard so many of them! Thanks for the recommendation on Kiehls Midnight recovery serum and Clarins lotus treatment oil. Best buys ever :))

I live in Loughton (UK, east of London) and the most amazing thing is that is right by the forest. There’s something magical about living next to a forest that has deer and wild life and still only 40 mins away from London on the train. I love walking my dog in the forest and for one hour just immerse in the quietness of nature.

My favourite posts are the save & splurge – because it’s the hallmark of a good beauty reviewer, knowing when to go cheap without compromise on results. I also like the “yoursay” – you always ask really interesting questions.

Cheers, and thanks for this amazing chance!!

aNn March 18, 2013 at 7:03 pm

I live in Penang! Which of course is synonomous with glorious street food.

Love reading your food posts actually. So i actually wouldn’t mind seeing more of those!

1. Hong Kong!! Everything about it is great. The food, the shopping, and I love the quick pace of living, though probably not as much when I’m trying to work… I’m a law student, and the workload gets me down sometimes, LOL. I hate that we don’t get some of the UK or American brands though. I’d love to try new things.

2. All the skincare posts!! Love the ones about Estee Lauder and Kiehl’s… I love being able to read about their efficacy before I invest. Also, the MWS Readers’ Choice Awards. The thought and effort that went into it is definitely beyond amazing, and I appreciate everything you’ve done to get across accurate information.=DDD

Hi there Paris!

I’m from Brunei 😀 Abode of Peace! I think the one thing I find different and interesting about my country is its peacefulness. You can definitely relax and away from the busy city here. And also, shopping too (especially make up wise! you can almost find nothing interesting here! make up ban is definitely possible for months or year! but then, there’s online shopping which made it almost impossible too 😛 Lol!)

I love reading your reviews on blushes! (especially) and bags 😛 and skincare. Ok, that’s more than one category already. I just love reading your blog!

Junni March 18, 2013 at 8:27 pm

Hi Paris, I’d try my luck! 😉

1. I live in Teluk Intan. There is this over a hundred year old leaning clock tower sitting in the middle of town.

2. Your make up tips! Practical and wearable all the time.

I am from Ipoh! A town that I call home :) nothing beats the good old Ipoh food and the people in Ipoh who absolutely adores food!
In Ipoh, there may not be skyscrapers and sorts but you get the scenic view of limestone hills as you drive through the town. The greeneries that you may not be able to find in big cities. The water that’s so good that it’s the only place I know that grows fat and chubby bean sprouts.
In short, a family oriented, green town famous for yummy food galore! Come visit Ipoh and I will be glad to bring you around 😉

I love reading your detailed beauty product reviews! Authentic and up-to-date :) and because you’re the only Malaysian beauty blogger I read, you are my go-to for any new launches in Malaysia.

karen March 18, 2013 at 9:05 pm

Most interesting thing about the city? Hmm, it has got to be the food!!!
I value your honest and unbiased reviews on skincare and makeup.

Hi PB!

I’m from Malaysia and the one thing I love most bout Malaysia is the availability of mamaks 24/7. God knows what I’ll do without my daily dose of teh tarik! And also the space and driving the car that we take for granted in Malaysia but are scarce in Hong Kong. Hehe.

I’ve been reading your blog daily for years and I still can’t get enough of it! I like reading bout save/splurge because as a student its always better if theres a save option :) and also recently I’ve been paying more attention to the makeup storage posts and even sometimes google the article to reread it again for inspirations for my own makeup storage. I also recommended the Shiseido sunblock you used to my mum and now she loves it hehe.

Happy 6th anniversary PB! May you continue to be an inspiration to us all, students with limited financial ability or beauty bloggers alike :)

Well, 1. I am from Penafiel, Portugal but I currently live in Lisbon, Portugal because I’m in college. Penafiel is a really small and quiet town and there’s really nothing going on but Lisbon is really beautiful – always on the top beautiful and interesting cities to visit in Europe.
And 2. I enjoy your skincare reviews the most! They help me a lot finding the right products and making some decisions.

Yee March 18, 2013 at 10:09 pm

I am from Kuala Lumpur and I love this city (despite crime rates) because it is where I was born! I love the shopping and eating and of course, most importantly, I am close to where my aging parents are.

I love your budget beauty postings (I just ogle at your premium brand reviews) cuz being a full time mother to 3 kids and at 40plus years old, I don’t have much budget for department store brands.

Sharon NGO March 18, 2013 at 10:26 pm

I stay in Singapore, and what I like bout this lion city is how fast paced everything are. Esp the fashion, where you are able to see that certain trend or fashion theme changes in every two to three months time, e.g peplum, Aztec, mustache, …but that is also what I hate because it’s hard to keep up with and makes me lose my identity.

What I like to read most, will be the budget beauty. It’s never a luxury to feel and be beautiful when you can’t embrace the very simple thing in life, and of course doesn’t hurt my pocket too.

Hi there! I’m from a small little town in Pahang, called Raub which is famous for its good food – Ratha curry fish head, Tong Nam Bee’s toast bread, hakka kuih, char kuey teow, and lots more! It’s also a best place for vacation if all you aim for is an escape from hectic city life with its beautiful nature – Lata Berembun waterfall, Lata Jarum, Jeram Besu, etc.

I love to read your “save and splurge” as it’s always great to find out more skincare / cosmetic which works as good but at a more affordable price. :)

ps: I wrote you an email before on how to choose a suitable perfume. Thank you very much for your valuable comment! I recently got myself Dior Addict Eay Fraiche. Loving it!

I stay in Seri Kembangan, and the interesting thing about it is that there are at least 5 clinics located in the same row of shops along the main road…it’s a one-street town, not unlike what you’d get in Ipoh… :/

I enjoy reading your reviews (of course), tips and tricks and your shopping posts, especially on clothes! 😛

I really enjoy your food/travel post! I know it sounds a bit strange as your blog is mainly a beauty blog but I love reading how you travel to different places and always like the spa/food/hotel recommendations!

I’m from Singapore! And one of the most unique things about Singapore is our spectacular skyline, which I am very proud of!

I love reading the everyday snippets about your life (in addition to your beauty reviews), be it about your food entries, your oversea trips, your bag lusts, CNY goodies etc! These non-beauty reviews really allow us readers to get to know you as a person (not just a beauty blogger)! :)

1. I live in Selangor, a vibrant and lively city where you can always fulfill your gastronomic needs and shopping desires! The most interesting thing is there are delicious foods and deals that cater for everyone whether you wish to save or splurge.

2. I love to read all your reviews whether they are on beauty products or bags etc, because I appreciate these useful insights before actually spending on the products. :) Of course I don’t buy them all, but still it’s really interesting to keep myself updated and informed about the latest trends despite my busy schedule!

1. I live in Cyberjaya. What’s interesting about this place is that there are many food delivery service throughout the whole Cyberjaya. I mean you have everything from Chinese food, Malay food, Indian food, Middle-Eastern, Thai food, Korean food…everything is just a phone call away. This is because there are many students here and they do not have the luxury of owning cars or they need to cram through that final exam. Although I am working right now, I still use the delivery service whenever I feel lazy to get dressed just to get out of the house for food. There are also many gyms, swimming pools, waxing parlors, massage parlor and badminton courts here…more than you can shoot an Angry bird at.

2. I stalk your eyeshadow reviews. I’m obssessed about eyeshadow singles and duos. For me, less is better so quads don’t interest me (unless it’s from Lunasol).

1. What a very interesting question! I live in Manila, Quezon City, and San Juan (Philippines) because of some family thing. What I love about these cities are the people. The people are naturally hospitable, kind, and happy. I admire most of them because even though they are in poverty and in poor living conditions they still manage to be happy. They are very resillient. No matter how difficult life becomes, they still manage to smile and keep on going. I am a person who easily becomes discourgaed and disheartened. Looking at them working hard in life and not giving up encourages me to go on living and makes me see and realize how much blessed I am.
2. A difficult question because I liked reading your blog. I like reading your reviews because they are well written, in-depth, and done professionally. You have always managed to make me lust for something (especially the Shiseido Camellia Compact blush). You are one of my beauty bloggers role model. LOL. I also like reading your discussions though I have never joined in, but it always had made me think and ponder things (like a mini debate in my mind).

Congrats on your 6th yr of blogging! 😀

How else would children ever hear classical music – Zakir Hussain, Ravi Shankar, Shiv Kumar Sharma – you name them and you can hear them – take a picnic, take your family and enjoy Delhi at its best. And when the classical diet become heavy, there is plenty of sufi and fusion from the worlds best artistes.

Well I enjoy your blush pieces the most, because your insight is very impressive and I love the way you talk about not just the colour but also the texture and the durability. The look the smell the overall glamorous feel of the product. I do love my high end products but I find it difficult to choose blushes, so I love reading your reviews first. My home town is Heerhugowaard in the Netherlands, the most amazing thing is Stad van de Zon (city of the sun) a project know world wide because they hole concept is not wasting energy and keeping the environment clean, and that is great. I live in Seattle, Washington USA and I love the fact that we have mild weather year round, an abundance of seafood, meats, and produce due to the fact that we have different climates throughout the State and people seem to want to live here as the population is booming like crazy (especially in my neighborhood)! Also, there is access to mountains, water, and the big city comforts all within reach.

As for MWS, I love the fact that you are frank about products you have sampled, it’s not just about beauty, and I get an insight about products available to Asia – even though it gives me product envy!! 😉

You’ll never be bored here, although you may get tired of the crowds, the small spaces, and the lines. But having lived in a number of cities in the States and abroad, I’m quite used to it by now =)

I live in Sydney, an interesting city in every aspect – people (come from from all walks of life and different nations), atrocious transport (comparable to third-world countries), sports (which people are absolutely crazy over during peak season!) and of course, the true blue Aussie bogans, haha 😀
I enjoy reading blush reviews the most on your blog, mainly because I’m a bit of a blush fiend myself ;D keep posting!

1. I live in Johor Bahru (JB), it is located nearby Singapore and it has become a bustling city over the years. The most important to do in JB is entertainment! Legoland Malaysia, the 1st Legoland theme park in Asia and the famous Hello Kitty Town have opened in Nusajaya. Besides, there is a number of shopping malls located within JB that you should never miss out!

2. I enjoy reading your skincare product reviews a lot! It always give me some useful suggestion and information before I purchase the full size products. It’s great to update me the latest product launches, industry updates and also beauty news from your blog! Thanks for all the great blog posts.

I live in KL. KL is an interesting city because you can have ultra-modern facilities and you can escape to nature all within the city.

I like your skincare reviews the most.

I live in Petaling Jaya, the suburb of KL city. Some people ask me why do I choose to live here, it’s congested, it’s expensive and the traffic is horrendous. I didn’t choose to. I’m one of those who are actually born, bred and raised in PJ. I remember those days when LDP (a major highway now) was just a 2-lane road with traffic lights and the tallest building was only 5 floors high. I like PJ a whole lot better in the older days when it was greener, sparser and cheaper. But hey, this is home! I live, work and play here now. You can get everything that you want. It just takes a little longer to get there (thanks to the traffic!).

I love the makeup reviews. I hardly wear any makeup but I just love reading about them and I enjoy the photos. It’s fascinating see the product and swatches, then seeing how you make it work. On the rare occasions that I do use makeup, I find myself falling back on some tips you’ve shared before. Thanks for the MWS blog, I enjoy it very much!

I’m from Canada and the transportation system here in my city is slow compared to places like London, England.
I like reading your health related posts because I find myself picking up some of the useful advice and I always try to find ways I could improve my health.

1) I’m from Miri, Sarawak, I’m staying at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya now. I would rather talk about my home town. Miri is a beautiful little city where I can go to the beach on daily basis, because only take 15 minutes to get there. We can get fresh & cheap seafood all year round. It is a hassle free town & a great place for retirement.

2) I like your posts regards to skincare (product review), especially the save & splurge category.

Hi Paris,
I am an Indian residing in KL from past 2years. The best thing I like about India is its diversity. Its a place where you can find different culture, different languages, different climatic conditions, people from different races, different fashion sense, etc. The best thing I like about KL is its people. Being a foreigner, I had never ever felt as if I am in some other country, the warmth in people’s heart makes KL a home away from home.
I have been a reader of your blog from quite a long time. Apart from your great reviews and information, the best thing which keeps me connected is your style of writing. Its so non fussy and clear.
Thanks and All the best for future

I am currently staying at Johor Bahru, which is a city located at the south part of Malaysia, the nearest to Singapore. An interesting thing about my city is that local people here (and some foreigners who stayed here for a period of time) tend to use “mix-languages” in our daily communication. You can frequently hear people chat with one another by using two or more languages and dialects at the same time. For instance, “This guy is totally “unpakaitable”(English + Malay word) de loh~” The use of particles such as “-lah, -loh,-meh,-mah,-eh, -wor, -oh”etc is also one of the distinctive features of the speech community here. For instance, “Walao-eh, how can you miss the 6th Anniversary Giveaway series wor?” “How lovely is the Shiseido Lacquer Rouge leh!” You might be confused of what do all these weird words mean as teachers never teach you these. However, the local people can simply describe the meanings or expressions of those creatively created words and particles to you!

1) I live in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. One interesting thing about Subang Jaya is that you can find practically everything and anything you will ever need in Subang Jaya itself, without leaving Subang Jaya. Its really convenient and a great place to live in (except for the jam). Also, the roads are really wide and well maintained, makes driving a breeze.

2) I love reviews on budget beauty. Some of the cheaper brands are really good and definitely worth giving a shot.

I live in a town called Zagreb. It’s the capital of Croatia. :)

It’s a beautiful city. Modern, urban but still with this socialist flaire, that, to be honest, we all Crats like. It’s a student city, so there’s a lot of yound people around.
But the most thing I like about it is the old part of the city called Gornji grad. It has all this old wonderful buildings that create such a romantic feeling, especially in the autumn. From the top of that part of Zagreb you can look at the whole town, and there the Cathedral. It’s neon-gothic style and the construction started in 1094.
It’s breathtaking!

The most thing I really, really like about you and you blog is that you opened my eyes and I was able to see the Guerlain meteorites! :)) I first heard about them on your blog and it was love at firs sight! :) I was saving money for about 4 months so I would be able to buy myself one piece. It smells like the beuaty of life. I feel special when putting them on. Thank you for that! :*

Sending greetings from sunny but cold Croatia!

1. Reading other comments I have to admit I think I might be the one farthest away, since I live in Finland, more specifically in Otaniemi. :) Otaniemi is interesting because it is a neighbourhood fully inhabited by engineering students. In most countries engineering students are often considered quite nerdy but in Finland… oh boy. May 1st (wappu-celebration) and the week before that is constant partying and old student traditions all over the place. You will see choirs singing, funny-colored overalls, marching bands going around, picnics, new students being officially taken to be part of the student community in a ceremony at 6 am… everything.

2. I love reading product reviews, especially on more high-end cosmetics! I usually like to research them bit more before buying, so long, detailed reviews are a joy to read. :) I’m not so much into whitening products since, well, in Finland most people try to get tanned i.e. darker-skinned. ( Though I’ve learned to embrace the idea that light skin can be beautiful, too. Thank god since I’m quite pale myself!) But cosmetics and skin care otherwise are my favorite subjects!

I am from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The people are friendly and nice, we live in peace and harmony despite the recent invasion from the Sulu guerilla. We have great islands for diving, snorkeling, water sports and soaking up the sun. There are so many great and interesting places to explore in the Borneo but right now we hope the warfare in Lahad Datu will end soon so that no more lives will perish and the villagers can live in peace once again.

I am thrifty when it comes to spending, thankful for your Budget Beauty tab that allows me to understand what are the budget products that work with a tight budget. One of the post in Budget Beauty that make me laugh is the title to this post “Konjac Sponge Company Konjac Sponge Puff: The Konnyaku you put on your face not in your mouth”. It sort of interpret that you are not talking about food but facial stuff. Haha.

1. I’m from Sai Gon, VietNam. I am pretty fond of the sunset of my hometown. It not glorious, glamorous but peaceful and warm. You can simply sit at an outdoor restaurant to enjoy it or if your budget is tight ( like me ), feel free to take a coffee with 50 cents only at a street vendor then let the lights of dusk and winds kiss your cheeks.

2. Despite the fact that my skin is way too oily, I love reading reading your posts about moisturizing products especially the serum ones. It helps me to have a more decent skincare routine and save much time from wandering at cosmetic counter with no idea what I should use. So thank you for all of those things. You are truly amazing

I’m from Manila. I would say the malls are interesting here. Everything you need, you can find it in the malls — shops, restos, fitness center, health clinics, dental clinics, driver’s license renewal, chapels, etc. Only thing that is missing is a funeral parlor. LOL!

I enjoy reading makeup and skincare tips from your blog. Like ways on how to apply this and that. Or how and where to use a certain brush :)

Hello, I am from a small town, which is quite well-known in the past one month, in Sabah. Yes, if you have been reading newspaper lately, this small town is called Lahad Datu and it has been a hot topic recently due to the Suluk Royal intrusion . As a homie from LD, i really have to say LD is nothing but jungle. There are 2 famous reserved forests here, Tabin and Danum Valley, which Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had visited last year. On the other (darker) side, there is a lot of illegal migrants here , and they built their own houses above the sea. Those houses are sort of DIY, i think it is creative. If you have a chance, you may want to visit this place, but bear in mind that there is no big big shopping complex like Mid Valley here. The Tabin and Danum Valley is not a bad getaway.

I enjoyed reading your most honest opinion toward the skincare and makeup you have experimented. And, there is also reviews of a wide variety of cosmetic product which i like very much.

Will continue to support you, Paris!

I’m from Singapore and the most interesting thing about this place just south of Malaysia is that its fashion and beauty scene finally seems to be getting a boost! I’ve noticed international beauty and fashion brands swarming in in the past two years, and more and more Singaporeans (who previously have always been derided as perpetually shorts-and-tee clad) seem to finally be embracing fashion and makeup!

I LOVE your foundation/base makeup reviews simply because our skin tones are so similar that I haven’t been disappointed yet from picking up any one of your recommendations!

I’m from Ipoh, Malaysia. Ipoh is special with its good food like dim sum, pomelo, tau fu fah and so on. I love reading on the skin care review, to be exact, make up remover. It’s because I wear make up almost every single day so I really need to have a good and affordable make up remover to get rid of dirt and make up.

Hi! I am from San Jose, California but am currently attending college at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. What I love about San Jose is that it is a safe and comfortable urban place to live, and yet it is not so remote that it is boring (unlike Bloomington). San Jose is pretty close to San Francisco, and I love taking trips there with my friends and family!

I love reading about lipsticks and skincare. They are two of my makeup obsessions!!

I am from indonesia, what i love from north sumatra, medan is the food. We have a very wide and diverse range of nice savoury food such as chinese, authentic indonesian, street food, etc. Because it is also where my family and my home is, so when i was there, i feel the most comfortable and safest in my heart and mind.

I enjoy your post of save and spurlge, because for an university student, i didn’t have the budget to buy all the high end make up, i will starve to death if i do so, haha!
Thanks so much. Your blog’s really helpful for readers out there:)

1. Where do you live and what is one interesting thing about your town/city?
I live in Vancouver, B.C. Canada (the 2010 winter olympics were held here!) and one interesting thing that many people don’t realize about Vancouver is the heavy asian population! In my high school my graduating class was about 80-85% asian (mainly Cantonese-Chinese from Hong Kong, Mandarin from China, Taiwanese, and Korean) which always shocks people but is no surprise to those who live in Vancouver and the surrounding cities. What’s even more interesting is that Richmond, a city next to Vancouver, has a even larger asian population. It’s like Chinatown, but an actual city. As a result, authentic asian cuisine, clothing, etc. are easily accessible here. Even when signing up for phone plans they offer a Mandarin or Cantonese service for those who cannot speak English very well. School forms also had Chinese versions for parents!

2. I especially enjoy reading about different makeup artists’ tips (i.e. loved the ones from the RMK makeup artist) and your reviews on Japanese skincare and makeup products (i.e. Everytime I see the word “HadaLabo” I swoon).

Thanks for the amazing giveaway! Shiseido’s products are always so lovely!

Thank you for holding this awesome giveaway! the Blush is really beautiful.

I am from Bandar Bersejarah Melaka, and it is of course the UNESCO status historical heritage that is an attraction to people from around the world! you can enjoy the sights and the sound China Town or the Dutch Square while having a delicious bowl of ice kachang. Or visit the Portuguese Settlement and find sea food there cooked ala Portuguese style! There is also our famous satay celup — I prefer the one at Jalan Ong Kim Wee as I think it offers better sauce and shorter queues.

I love reading your posts on skin care, as I am always on the look out for effective and well performing skin care products for my regime. Thank you for having such carefully thought out and entertaining articles on the topic!

I live in Klang, Selangor. It is typically a little town cornered by the Klang valley but the town itself is full of little humans. Klang town is quite a jam area especially peak work hour because mostly all the people will rush out of Klang to Klang Valley to work, and rush back to Klang for rest at evening. Despite the jam at peak hour and cute town that people will head to Setia City Mall and Aeon Bukit Tinggi during weekend, you’ll get to meet familiar strangers alllllll the time if you are often out in Klang town, pretty creepy huh! Another favourite thing is KLANG BAH KUT TEH IS EVERYWHERE!!! FOOD!!! It is very very accessible to get Bah Kut Teh, Dim Sum, mamak everyday. What other special thing in Klang is language, typically those adults and old ones speaks fluently in Hokkien and English mostly, which I am Klang-kaki but I do not understand it for 20 plus years already. Gosh, I still able to go through this =D

I enjoy reading Paris B’s post on review when I first knew this page. It is very helpful, because the pro and con of the typical product reviewed is mentioned clearly, very less bias. I have sensitive skin and this reviews helps me ease my list of getting a suitable product for my skin! As well, I feel respect towards you when you have the courage to mention and comment on things that had happen and to clear and gave a lot of awareness on things such as scams, the NAKED 2 eyeshadow fake goods, and tips on lifestyle for improvement. These, we will never know how much it meant to someone until we really in need of the help in life. I love your blog. I love you Paris!

1. I live in Bandar Putra Permai in Seri Kembangan. I think it is similar to many other small towns in KL and Selangor where you can easily find nice local food and hypermarkets. However, I like to introduce a local attraction, that is a unique farm and petting zoo.. It’s called “Farm in the City”. The animals here are not caged, but kept in special enclosures that allows visitors to pet and feed the animals directly. Me and my kids really enjoyed our time here and it’s so near to our home. :)

2. I enjoy reading your reviews on makeup and skincare. The “save and splurge” section is my favourite!

Thanks for this amazing giveaway! :) Have a great day!

Hi Singapore!
What can I say about lil’o Spore? It’s got everything you need, food, cheap goods, expensive goods and a language than can only be found here. Singlish. We have houses no one where else have. (Size of a shoebox) We have trains no where else have. (Can of sardines)..and waterfall that is made by man! (jurong bird park) how cool is that! Not! Anyway, whatever it is, it’s still my home, tanah air ku.

I love your blog. Whenever I want to try something new, yours is the first I’ll go. Be it body oil, organic facewash, make up. You’re very detailed in your description and spot on. Thanks for the great job.
