Ah, you did not think I was going to let the 6 year mark slip by without some sort of celebration, did you? 😉 Perish the thought! I do have celebrations planned and they are, naturally, a series of giveaways! (what’s a birthday without presents?!) They’ll pop up at various times over the coming weeks and as is wont to happen around here, stay open only for a short span of time so you really have to be very quick 😉

The Estee Lauder Nutritious Radiant Vitality Essence oil uses pomegranate extracts for anti-aging properties and this product is supposed to be a “vitamin booster” for the skin. It is a light textured oil with pomegranate extract and vitamin E and it is supposed to leave skin feeling moisturised, softer, smoother with a radiant glow.

I had 6 egg whites and 1 bowl of oats for breakfast because I’m building up my body to become much more attractive. LOL
I usually log in at precisely 9am to read your blog and because I know that you schedule your posts everyday to come out at this time. But I do keep an eye on Twitter if there is any new updates!

to answer your question 1, I’m having a whole wheat bread sandwich with alfafa, tomato, cucumber with olive oil!

1. I had half boiled eggs and toast for breakfast, not very nutritious but it’ll do! 😛

Hello Paris,

For breakfast I had a bowl of oats and bowl of fruits. That has been my staple for years. :)

Today I’m having roti arab with yummy fish based curry. Not very healthy, I know. But my usual routine is oats with prunes. Today I felt like being sinful :). I log on every morning without fail. As I said, you’re my breakfast buddy. I despair when there is no update :(.

1. My breakfast today is 2 packets of Weetameal biscuits (equal to 8 pieces) dipped in teh o ais.. :p The biscuits is healthy but I’m not sure whether dipping it teh o ais (ice in particular) is considered healthy. But it tastes sooooo good it doesnt matter..haha

2. I check MWS site daily, usually at 9am because that is when new post is up. So that is how I get the updates :)

This morning i have a healthy breakfast; fruit juice, milk and bread with bacon ham… yummy :)

Good morning!
I had overnight oats soaked in soy milk kept in the fridge which I then heat up in the microwave. I also had a banana with my oats.

1. Had a glass of water mix with Physillium Husk Powder ( Good for bowel movement 😛 ) then a glass of protein Shake with a toast of bread .

I had my home baked bread and a cup of soya milk for breakfast. It’s a wholemeal raisin bread made without preservatives, salt and additives. I just spread some butter and peanut butter. I suppose it was nutritious.

I usually log on to the mws website and read it every morning.

I don’t usually have breakfast but heyyy today I had oats with blueberries sprinkled all over and a dash of milk! Plus a cup of warm coffee with biscuits to dip ^_^ Not super healthy but better than no breakfast I guess. Or nasi lemak!

happy 6th MWS! oh wow everybody’s had healthy breakfast i am ashamed to post up mine ahahah

1. i had a mug of nestum before i was out the door, at the office i had (cringing!!) mix of fried meehun and kuayteow, washed with milo ais tabur (!!). i know i know, but it made the baby in the tummy happy 😉

Happy 6th anniversary! I had 2-ingredient pancakes today which consisted of only a banana and an egg. It’s super convenient and healthy as well! 😀

At 730am Had 3 pieces of small sardine currypuffs, large plate of guava, mangos, oranges. Topped up with a mug of coffee with milk & 1teaspoon of sugar. Enough for the morning until next small sips of coffee or tea or juice during morning tea.

I go to MWS daily during morning tea or lunch. If I work night shift then after arrive home in the morning. Its one of my compulsory daily web visit :)

1) I had a plate of rice with mushrooms and pork strips for breakfast – packed with enough calories to last me until tea time, I hope! ^.^

2) I to go MWS daily – the first thing I do when I have access to the Internet. Usually it’s after I’ve settled down in campus. It makes my day, heh heh~

Hi Paris!
I had Nasi goreng with telur mata for breakfast. Not healthy but I am so hungry today! What n excuse right? :p

I will get MWS update via email everyday. Checking emails in the morning or during my break time and read away! If I found a favorite subject or post, I will view it before I went off to sleep. I love reading comments too! :)

1) nutella with wholemeal bread, one of my fav. I am a simple not very nutrtitious but it gives me the sugar boost that i need to start on day.

2) i used to go into MWS whenever i’m on the pc and notifications through emails. Nowdays with the help of smart phones, i use google reader app, which would notify me whenevet there’s any new updates! So i can get the latest even when i am on the go!!!
