New News : Clinique Derma White Essence, Laneige Ornament Collection, Kiehl’s Ultimate White, La Prairie Life Threads

By the time you read this, I’ll be in Singapore with a bunch of giddy girlies, probably trawling Orchard Rd. or possibly terrorizing the people at Sephora in the day. The reason we are in Singapore is this:-

The Chippendales! :D Touted as the Ultimate Girl’s Night Out. Ooh boy! Did someone turn up the heat in here?

Ahem! :P

Not quite as exciting as watching the Chippendales perhaps, but here are some new releases that are coming our way or already out in stores.

Clinique Derma White Brightening Essence

I’m quite intrigued by this one. A brightening essence that promises to lighten pigmentation and brighten the skin with the efficacy of hydroquinine but without the drug which is classified as a poison here. It feels light on the skin and I’m super curious about whether it will help lighten pigmentation. I’ll let you know once I know. Retails at RM240 at Clinique counters.

Laneige Ornament Makeup Collection Spring 2010

New for Spring 2010 from Laneige is the Ornament Makeup collection available at Laneige counters nationwide. The Ornament Pact is a highlighter without getting all sparkly. Looks promising. I found the Ornament Red lipstick a little dry while that Ornament Dual Top Coat for eyes and lips looks cute too. Have you checked these out?

Laneige Ornament Spring 2010 Collection

Ornament Pact – RM115
Ornament Eye Shadow palette – RM115
Snow Crystal Intense lipstick (red and pink) – RM65
Ornament Dual Top Coat for eyes and lips – RM85

Kiehl’s Ultimate White Clinically Proven Whitening

Kiehl’s repromotes their Ultimate White line of skincare. You will remember the Surface Brightening Exfoliator, Cleansing Cream and Intensive Essence from last year. This year, there is a new Eye Brightening Treatment to combat dark undereye circles. It retails for RM150/15ml but if you keep your ear on the ground and don’t wander too far from this blog, we could have a nice little surprise for you. Nothing more said ;)

La Prairie Life Threads Perfume

La Prairie Life Threads perfume

La Prairie, the luxury skincare brand launches a fragrance – Life Threads in Silver, Gold and Platinum to suit different women. Available at Isetan KLCC, Isetan The Gardens and Parkson Pavilion. Retails at RM500/50ml *gulp*

I’m having an exciting weekend. I hope you are too :D

i have never tried other brightening products but Clinique’s brigthening essence work wonders! Ive been using that and it is a very strong product, because you’ll see results in 2 weeks time, as in visibly fairer skin tones! but selling at RM240 is very pricey and not all can afford it, but th eeffects are justified.

Ooo… I love Laniege’s puffs that come together with the compacts… they feel like velvet… and they give a spare one in the box too!!
