Will Tangerine Orange nails bring luck?

Have you been perfectly inundated with Mandarin oranges yet? Mandarin oranges or “kum” are traditional during the Chinese New Year as the word sounds like “gold” hence synonymous with prosperity. Mandarin oranges are a must to bring along when you visit friends and family this festive season and most houses will be overflowing with this fruit during this festive period.

And with that little anecdote, I present you Tangerine Orange nails using Elianto Sparkling Diva nail polish in – what else – Tangerine Orange! You can tell I haven’t quite decided on my nail colour for the festive season eh? :)

The colour isn’t quite orange – more like a coral orange shade. There is a hint of pink in the undertone. It is also super sparkly though a little gritty. 2 coats gets it looking pretty much as it does in the bottle.

Not hard to apply, dries quickly and good for a quick nail look. I can’t quite complain for a RM10 bottle of polish.

Shall I sport Tangerine Orange to go with my orange dress and the oranges I’ll be bringing to each house I visit? :)

Note: I don’t know if orange nails will bring you luck. But who’s to say otherwise? ;)

Have you decided on your nail colour for the festivities? I’m still dithering for my fingers, but I’ve already slapped Stage Cosmetics’ Gorgeous Nail Polish on my toes – ah gorgeous! :D

I better hurry up and decide what I want to go on my finger nails. The reunion dinner is tonight and we are going to start the feasting! :D To everyone going home to reunite and have reunion dinner with your family and to everyone travelling, drive safe, party safe and above all, have fun! :D

I’ve done my nails – fingers and toes – in OPI’s lovely shade of red called I’m Not A Waitress! Its a deep red that’s glam and sexy and makes me look super fair… hehehe…
