Sleep / rest enough is the best tip for me :)

Jean December 2, 2009 at 11:05 pm

tips that I learned this year?
Double cleanse every evening even if I don’t makeup!
That will help to remove all the dirt away from my face after a day in bad environment.

Shay December 2, 2009 at 11:17 pm

Don’t anyhow put things on my face. If any skin issues gets major, consult a dermatologist instead of trying a few hundred things to cure it.

Natalie December 2, 2009 at 11:35 pm

that Cleansing is the most crucial part of skincare.

Jas Min December 3, 2009 at 12:05 am

Wear sunblock. Now I realise how damaging the sun rays are and how bad freckles really look on clear skin. Yikes.

CY December 3, 2009 at 12:22 am

Do hydrating mask at least THREE times a week !

Jess December 3, 2009 at 12:52 am

One of tip I have learned is to warm up my hands before applying serum or moisturiser for better absorption. I guess it does really help my skin to absorb better!

Abby December 3, 2009 at 12:53 am

My one tip would be that we can use hydrating masks everyday! But only hydrating ones.

shiki December 3, 2009 at 12:55 am

Acne skin can still be dehydrated I found out. Thus, moisturizer is still necessary and should not be skipped. So, moisturized skin is very important.

Thanks for the giveaway.

I’m going to borrow your phrase Paris!

There are no women, only lazy ones!!

So gals, be more hardworking to take care of your skin !

Melissa December 3, 2009 at 9:58 am

that double cleansing is very very important. and not to let the stress at work get to me as well :)

violet December 3, 2009 at 10:03 am

if you have acne skin, stay away from whitening skincares….
i stop using whitening ones and my skin complexion improve…

Joan Tan December 3, 2009 at 10:19 am

Do not touch your face with your finger/hand as you can transfer the germs from your hand to your face.

N December 3, 2009 at 10:50 am

Taking care of your skin esp from the sun is the most important, make up isnt required if we already have beautiful skin. Even on a cloudless day, there is tons of sun damage possible.

Cheryl December 3, 2009 at 10:54 am

If you are confused between hydration and anti-aging skin cares, think about hydration series first before going to anti-aging series because anti-aging series is very oily for mature skin above 40′s onwards. Too early using anti-aging series will not help your skin at all, besides hydration series will help to reduce your fine lines which actually due to dryness, stress and imbalance lifestyle.

always remember the basics – cleanse and moisturize no matter how tired/time restricted you are.
i always freshen up my face (cleansing & re-moisturizing) when I have the opportunity (if I am home between appointments). this, coupled with sufficient sleep (i sleep average of 5 hours a day during week days, so I tend to try to get more R&R during the weekend).

Julianne December 3, 2009 at 11:12 am

From own experience while preparing myself for my big day in next year January :D most importantly “Balance Diet + Exercise”.

Ms Anak December 3, 2009 at 11:43 am

Drink tonnes of water & never ever forget the sunscreen.

Melissa December 3, 2009 at 12:48 pm

Drink lots of water, exercise and make sure to use the right cleanser, toner and moisturiser for your skin type.. :)

kathy December 3, 2009 at 12:50 pm

Applying olive oil on the knees, elbows and back of the arms for moistuirised and baby smooth skin all day long, especially long hours in air-conditioned room.

Shanil December 3, 2009 at 12:52 pm

Since I have oily skin, I’ve learnt that I shouldn’t keep washing my face. I should only wash max. 3 times a day coz if not, my skin will be very dry.

rain.c December 3, 2009 at 1:10 pm
