Day 23 of the 30 lipsticks in 30 days project and we have a star pick lipstick from I Nuovi.

I Nuovi Ivoluxe Lipstick – Lush

I Nuovi Ivoluxe Lipstick Lush

I’m told that Lush is I Nuovi Cosmetics’ bestselling lipstick. I can see why. The colour is such a lovely shade of light pink that most girls would love to wear. I’m always leery of pink lipsticks thinking of Barbie, but Lush throws all that scepticism out the window and stomps on it.

The nice thing about Lush is that unlike many pink lipsticks, this one goes on very creamy and warm with a hint of peach  so it isn’t straight pink on the lips. Very few people can wear straight pink on the lips without looking trashy and I’m unfortunately not one of them :)

I Nuovi Lush Lipstick Swatch

On the lips, Lush is a creamy light pink. It looks a tad lighter than it does in the tube and it has warm tones that brightens up the face. As a pretty neutral-warm toned lipstick, it goes with most colours so its one of those lipsticks I keep in my makeup bag and slick it on whenever I forget to bring out my lipstick du jour. It works most times :)

I Nuovi Ivoluxe lipsticks have strong colours so if you don’t like strong shades for the lips, give Lush a try. No shimmer, just creamy lipstick that lasts. Lipsticks don’t get better than this! Retailing at RM55 a tube, I say its a great deal.

Stay beautiful,

Paris B

The color looks similar to Stila Long Wear Lip Color in Flushed. Just creamy lipstick without shimmer. I have bought the Stila during their recent sales, been using it when I just want some color to my lips for a casual look!

Hi Vonvon

Not familiar with Stila but I was never a fan of their lipsticks :) I used to be all about shimmer on the lip but now I’m into creamy textures. Funny how our tastes change :)
