I would say that I can't even recall what I tried! IT IS THAT IMPRESSIVE!!! nah. i don't care what natural ingredients they put in their products. If they don't work, they don't work. end of the story. However, i am very impressed by this e-mail. it shows that they really care about what customers think. good job on recognizing this.
