I love my makeup and I love experimenting on myself. But ask me to put makeup on someone else and I freeze up totally! But if you fancy yourself as a makeup artist, you might want to consider participating in the Makeup Malaysia Competition 2008. It is organized by Beauty8 Expo.
There are 2 categories with separate themes:-
Professional : Evening Elegance Bridal Makeup
Student / Amateur : Fantasy “Fire”
There are some nice cash prizes too :-
Professional: 1st - RM3,000, 2nd - RM2,000, 3rd - RM1,500
Student/Amateur: 1st - RM2,000, 2nd - RM1,500, 3rd - RM1,000
The competition is on 17th and 18th September 2008 and the closing date for entries is 15 August 2008. You can read more about it on the site and you can download the entry form here.
