Oasis Serene Natural Progesterone Cream

I don’t suffer greatly from physical PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome) symptoms but I have a friend who does. She has severe cramps on the first two days which usually sees her curled up in bed with a hot water bottle.

So, in an effort to see if there was anything that could help her, I came across a natural progesterone cream by Oasis Serene. What this progesterone cream does is provide Natural (Bioidentical) Progesterone to the body to help reduce the symptoms. I thought it was quite useful information which is why I’m writing about it here too.

Apparently this progesterone creme can even be used to help with migraines because what it does is help to correct the hormonal imbalance in the body. People with menopausal problems too have found it useful. What I have found from reading the FAQ on the Oasis Serene site is that this cream helps with hormonal problems mostly since its introduces progesterone into the body. The rest of the ingredients are advertised as all natural but being untrained I will not hold myself out as an expert. In fact, please consult your doctor before trying out any hormonal products.

One tub costs $29.99 and the costs decreases the more that is purchased. The website does ship internationally, but at a hefty $12-$50 charge! Its too bad the shipping costs are so high. I know a couple of people who might like to try it, mostly for PMS and migraines.
