Please help me! I purchased a new True Match in Natural Ivory (C2), and was astounded to find out it was now much lighter than the old bottle I’ve been using. It was not only lighter, but far less pink. I t ok it back along with my empty bottle, and all the cosmetic girls all agreed with me 100% as to the difference in the exact same color. I can find no color in L’Oreal that matches exactly, and I’ve now tried three different drug stores, taking along my old bottle. Why did you change the color and make it lighter, and give it the same name and number? I need a new makeup right away, and a m not sure what to do. Sincerely, Jeanette Bragonier

I really want to get this. My undertone is yellow and i have light/medium skin. On the loreal website it says my true match is W4. I dont know if i trust it though. Im only 13 and i want it to look very natural so do you recommend it for my age and do you think that W4 is my true match?

i bought it 2 days ago.. and luv it.. i choose N4 ( after various self testing over the counter for few days).. it perfectly match my skintone.. and it last from morning till i left my ofis… great…
