My dream engagement ring

I’m not yet in the market for an engagement ring, but when I am, I will be checking out Whiteflash.com for ideas. I really like the designs of their diamond engagement rings, in particular the Laureato Regal (Princess) design in the picture.

What I like about it is that the cut of the diamond is a square Princess cut, which is quite unusual in engagement rings. The ones I normally see are round. The setting too is different, not the usual prong style, where the diamond rests in between prongs that hold it in place.  In this Laureato design, the diamond is nestled within the ring itself, and not standing out of the ring, which makes it less prone to being knocked out of its setting. I know I’d be paranoid about the diamond being knocked out of its setting, especially after my friend told me that her ring gives her that paranoia too.

Now, lets see if I’ll be sporting this design any time in the near future. heh…
