Make sure you are comfortable with your estate broker

This is a non beauty and fashion post but more of a warning to you if you want to sell your house. We had a bad experience with a real estate broker recently, who had approached us to try to sell our house. They were underhanded and tried to make us sell it for a price way below what we were asking for because they said another agent had quoted that lower price. We were appalled at the bad-mouthing of other agents by this one. It was very unprofessional especially coming from a large real estate company. So, the next time you are planning to buy or sell your house, make sure you are comfortable with your agent and that you feel you can trust them, before you let them take up the assignment. As for us, fortunately, we sold it to someone else without having to go through this particular agent so we were quite pleased.
