I have used it mainly as a facial cleanser. My face has never felt so smooth and clean. I have irritated skin (occasionally) and haven't been able to find anything comparable to this product. It looks like I will need to buy a replacement online or visit Germany again, because I do not see this product listed in the USA. Highly recommended.
