Cook to Perfection

I’ve been wanting to visit the Park Royal hotel Bossa Nova restaurant for their Brazilian meat buffet. I usually go to Carnaval in Damansara Jaya but have been wanting to try another for variety. This meat buffet is strictly for those who like meat and who are on a high protein diet – heh… The amount of meat served (on a never ending basis) can be staggering.

I don’t know if they have one of those upscale rotisseries displaying their roasting meats – can any one tell me if they do? I like to view my meats roasting away. If anyone remembers this restaurant called Missisippi Slims, they used to have a huge roaster with huge hunks of meat roasting right in the open. I wonder why they closed down. Their food was pretty good. Anyway, I’ll let you know what I think of Bossa Nova when I go. Or if you have been, maybe you could spill the beans!
